Was a legitimate Samsung branded original product in retail packaging! Price was excellent! I saved $10 just by buying on here vs in store!I love it how the cartridge just slides right into place so easily!I also love how the ink never expires!The fact that the ink goes so far is unbelieveable! I went over a year on my initial cartridge that came with the printer!I realistically got close to 500 prints out of the machine, bear in mind that I printed primarily full sheets, never used the ECO mode, and also printed several large monochrome pictures!

Easy to install
This is my second order. The toner is not as dark as I would like. It is really easy to use, install and the toner lasts along time. I am not a heavy user. It is a great value for the money.

Almost the same price as a new printer.
It fits, works perfectly. I think it's a little pricey, but what do I know. The one that came with the printer lasted 2-1/2 years. I threw my last ink jet printer in the big garbage can outside, along with everything that came with it. Wheeled it out to the street and chuckled when our garbage service dude picked it up. Never looked back. This is such a better way to go.

Worth Every Penny
I used to buy ink cartridges after ink cartridges for my old printers. I switched to the Samsung Xpress M2020 and bought this toner cartridge. I would never go back to ink jet cartridges. I am buying one today after buying my last one in 2019 after approximately 1000 pages printed. It really is worth every penny.
