Nice lift if you don't mind being sqeezed
I bought a size larger than I normally would based on the recommended sizing chart but it was still quite tight. I like the lift it gives me though.

Like these a lot as unlike several other padded undergarments, it has a more natural look. Wished it was seamless as panty lines do tend to show a little when worn with thinner garments. Looks great with jeans!
