Most of the time my bike rides ended early, not because my legs were sore, or being overly tired but because my thumb muscles were on fire. After installing these my thumbs have not been sore again.That being said. The end caps are complete BS. If you don't lose them immediately after the first bump in your ride, they'll sit half way out. I've tried different adhesives to keep them seated inside but for some reason the company thought square stoppers in a round hole would work. It works until you hit your first bump.Amazing grips with the worst end caps you'll ever use.

Great quality grips and the added “platform” gives my wrists a lot of noticeable support on chunk and drops. The benefit is noticeable. Having just had wrist surgery, these are a great relief on the wrists.

The sizes are for your handlebar diameter. The Ergon website shows:Size Small: 30mm diameter + mini-wingSize Large: 32mm diameter + mini-wingBesides that, these are very comfortable and an improvement for my Level 2 ebike. The support of the wing style is excellent and they are good at absorbing shock when riding.

I thought these grips would look stupid and add only marginal comfort but I was wrong. The”wings” are very subtle, they provide a lot of additional comfort and they provide really nice support when standing for drops and downhill descents. I used to have problems with hand pain on long bike park descents - no more!

A bit pricy, yet easy to assemble and gives a gold hold

For sure an improvement from the original covers, my only aggravation is that this cap on 1 side won't stay in and it's bound to be lost!

Slapped these on my 23’ Roscoe 8 and I absolutely love them. Super sticky/ grippy, very very comfortable and night and day compared to what came on the bike. 44 years old and 95%-99% of wrist fatigue and pain is gone. 1000% highly recommend! I’ve bought other sudo brands but you’ll be more than happy you bought them.

I'm a type 1 diabetic that loves riding my MTB. I also do a lot of carpentry and auto mechanic work. General inflammation along with diabetes has led me to having carpal tunnel release operations on both wrists about 10 years ago. I also have a trigger finger problem on my right middle finger. I was having a hard time with pain and numbness after about 5 miles of riding with regular round grips. I learned to lightly hold on to my grips similarly to properly holding a golf club...and that helped marginally. When I found these GA3 grips I had to try them...and they solved every problem I've ever had with pain and numbness in my hands while riding to a level that I don't recognize while riding. At the same time my hands are always in the right place because I've accurately clocked these grips to correct my wrist angle in my riding position. For a little while I had then clocked about 20 degrees too high and that caused problems, then I overcompensated and clocked them too far the other way. Now they are perfect. I think these grips are great for everyone, not just people with tingling, numbness and pain. I think they help battle general hand fatigue on longer distance rides also. i bought the large ones because I like to ride with my hands slightly open as opposed to having a tight grip. For reference, when I buy snug fitting work gloves I usually buy large size. Thanks Ergon!
