Theoretically you should combine them with a better diet and exercise I haven’t and I started by losing 5 lbs right away. The weight keeps coming off but more importantly my energy is up and I feel better. I’m not afraid to step on the scale. I like too because the numbers keep going down! This is by far the best colon cleanser/detox on the market!!! I have tried many detox pills that give me bad stomach cramps, and then they stop working after a few weeks. I’ve been taking three Oxy-Digest pills before bed, and then I wake up the next morning ready to visit the restroom WITHOUT any stomach pain! This pill works like clockwork! It keeps me regular, and keeps me from being bloated. Will continue to use daily!

I am on day 8 of the product. I travel a lot and due to unhealthy food choices while traveling I opted to start taking these. Seem to work well. No cramping or any other discomfort but I did get too loose by day 4 so I adjusted to 2 pills for now. I can finally go regularly every day. I haven't gone more than once per day so it is not causing any frequent toilet runs. At least not for me. It seems to be a good product and does what it says. I will keep on taking it.

It is a bit early too tell whether or not this product is effective; however, I did take 3 capsules last night without regretting it this morning. No insane gurgling or cramping, and I woke up really hungry despite eating a little closer to my bedtime than usual. I'm loving the no cramps and pain in the morningn which is common with too many cleansing products. I will update my review once I get a feel for how it all works long term.

These pills work! The first few days I didn't go at all but by day 3 I was clearing out. I take these after dinner every night and every morning I've been going to the restroom 2-3 times. I love that my stomach is not feeling puffy and bloated anymore, I knew I needed a good cleansing but I did not know it would be this much. I will definitely continue to use this supplement. Also I like that I can feel my stomach gurgling and within 20-30 minutes I need to use the restroom, gives me a little time to make sure I'm near a bathroom.

Actually detoxing not just a laxative like many of other colon "detoxes"! I actually noticed a difference in my energy level starting day two. Normally I do a juice cleanse once a month but thought I would try this. In the past most colon cleanse products are simply just a laxative. This did not upset my stomach nor did it act as a laxative. Most supplements take a week or so for me to notice the results, this I noticed starting day two and I am continuing to take it after day 15. I am a highly active runner and climber. So staying healthy and getting rid of toxins is important. I would definitely recommend trying this product if you're looking for it a detox and especially a colon detox that is not going to bother your stomach or digestive tract in the process. I will certainly be buying again.

I take a daily medication that leaves me very backed up. I have been dealing with stomach issues for years as a result. This product has made me feel like a new person! Day 3 and I have to be TMI right now. But you definitely use the RR way more then normal. Clearly it’s cleaning your body from bad toxins. But it’s a little to much for me.I gave it a 4 star because I feel energized and less bloated. But the frequency of the #2 situation isn’t my favorite.
