Awsome
Brilliant gadget, makes footage look great, the motion is smooth and even and the three speed options are just right. Pity there isn't the option to add bigger and more rugged wheels to use on uneven terrain because it won't handle even a coarse sidewalk so count with being able to use it only on really even surfaces like tables, floors or a plank of wood. Looks brilliant though when used for circular motion shots. Ideally get a ball head to pan up and down as well. We'll worth the money.

FOR THE PRICE ITS A GREAT PIECE OF KIT. – NOT PERFECT BUT DOES WORK
The media could not be loaded. Ive been wanting to get a motorised dolly for some time as I know some wonderful shots can be created with them. But they start off around £300 and that's well out of my budget. Then I came across this and for the price it was well worth the gamble.PACKAGING AND CONTENTS:The product arrives in a basic brown cardboard box. Nothing fancy but inside is padded with some polystyrene so everything is nice and secure.Inside you get:1x Camera Dolly, 1 x remote, 1 x Allen key, 1 x spare rubber wheel, 1 micro USB charging cable, Instructions manual and operation booklet, 1 x 1/4 to 3/8 inch screw mountTHE REVIEW:I would like to mention straight away that if you get one of these, get the silver one. I originally bought the black model and it just wouldn’t work well at all. Felt like the motor wasn’t powerful enough. Could of been just a one off but I'm glad I returned it and then re-ordered the silver one.The device itself is nice and solid. It does feel fairly well made as well as considerably light weight too. Its pretty easy to use thanks to the included remote. You attach your camera, set the wheel alignment via the handy markings on each axel and then adjust the speed via the 3 available options. Slow –Medium-fast. (1.4cm/s – 2.4cm/s - 3cm/s ) The speed chosen is shown via the lit up LEDS on the side, 1 for slow, 2 for medium and so on. These LEDS also light up when the device is charging, red for charging and green for charged. Charging the dolly is simple via the usb to micro usb cable and it takes around 3hrs to charge and that should give you around 6hrs of run time. You have two mounting threads on the dolly itself - ¼ and a 3/8 plus a mount converter ¼ - 3/8 or vice versa. My original idea for this purchase was to use it with my iphone 8 plus but unfortunately it doesn’t work. This however is not the dolly's fault but the phones as the camera sensor on a phone is so small it picks up the slightest micro movement – even ones that cant be seen with the naked eye but it can be seen on the recorded footage. I've tried 1kg counter weights, turning off and on the camera stabilization but to no joy. It just isn’t recommended for phones. Now with my Canon 700d and a 24mm lens it runs fairly smooth. Some great shots can be obtained but it does require a bit of patience. If you have a good camera with a fast auto focus then that will make life a lot easier to create even more cinematic shots.I've tried this out with my large ultra wide 11-16mm lens (a heavy one)as well and it appears to support it no problem too but do bear in mind that the max load is 3kgs.The best thing to go with this dolly is a good quality ball head. I bought a cheap one which does the job for now but Im defiantly going to upgrade to a superior one. I've also even been experimenting with a tripod extender and have achieved some great shots (looking down on objects) too.MAIN FLAWS/ISSUES:- Bigger wheels would be better I think as the ones on the dolly are quite small and only recommended for a smooth surface.- I find it quite difficult to keep the object being filmed in the centre of the shot. Even when I line up both wheels correctly. It can be done but takes a bit of practise.- When the motor starts the first second of footage will be the camera shuddering/trying to stabilize.- When doing 180 degree shots if the wheels are not exactly perfect in line then part of the shot can become shaky.OVERALL:For the price this is a great little device and with practice and patience you can get some incredible shots. Can be frustrating when half way through a shot movement is detected, but this can be rectified using some stabilization software or plug in (I use Warp stabilizer in Adobe Premier)If you plan to use this with your phone I would not recommend it. But for a DSLR it works very well. Its far cheaper than the motorised sliders you can get plus with this you get the option for up 360 degree shots too.I would definitely suggest getting one of these if you are a youtuber/avid filmmaker or even just a fan of video creation. It isn’t perfect but for the price it adds a whole new dimension as well a style to almost any footage!

Good, not great
- I have two issues with this product. Wheels are too small to even run over a thin carpet floor. I would happily pay an extra £30 or so for it to have simply bigger more cushioned/smooth rolling wheels and stronger motors with them.- My other issue is that the device starts very suddenly and takes 1 or 2 seconds for my camera to stablize. If the speed would gradually increase as u begin movement to avoid this then I think this issue would be fixed. Maybe making the device a bit larger and more ruggid in general would be better, for me at least.- On another note it would be nice if the dolly came with a ball head for your camera so angling the camera up and down wouldn't require a 3rd party ball head.- With that said, I was able to work around these issues and got some nice shots but the device would be much more reliable, consistent and versatile with the small changes mentioned.

Recommended. More versatile than track
Good quality product that can be used to create great professional footage - even with your phone.More versatile than the camera tracks too. You just need a very smooth surface.
