Delicate and and unworthy. Buy a good quality normal gym bench and do all exercise with dumbbell. Don't burn your hard earned money on this thing. Don't trust other comments. I have ordered and returned. It nothing but a cheap ,un reliable product.

Customer care does not respond....also the ropes are of extremely poor quality....not stretchable at all!! Good enough for abs exercise ONLY! Ignore all other exercises shown in pics as one cant do any of them with the poor quality ropes.

The bar with large back support which is back bone of this machine is delicate just like aluminium not like steel/iron..it is damaged with very lite usage not even hard in a month.. it's durability is totally disappointed me..

I just received the product and found it to be exactly similar as advertised. It's a good product. But I found one foam guard and screw for head extension missing. How can I get these missing things. I shall be happy if Amazon do something to get these items.
