One of a kind material
Not many books or manuals on how to be a good security guard. This manual follows a professional approach. Topics covered are property laws such as burglary and trespassing and loitering. Other chapters include first aid, emergency procedures like bomb threats, access control, patrol techniques, observation and report writing, fire detection and extinguishers, courtroom procedures, and crowd and traffic control. A good reference book to any serious security officer or guard. There’s a whole lot more to standing there while people think we make minimum wage. This book is good for all guards, static, patrol, vehicle or armed. I recommend it.

Very informative
This book is well worth reading no matter what testing agency you use. Covers all areas in depth and detail. I recommend this book to everybody in any authoritative position.

Helpful and a great reference.
This book was well worth the purchase in compared to many others that I looked at And had contemplated purchasing. However this one has proven very helpful for reexamination, certifications, and reference throughout times when you need an answer, but you are unable to get to a supervisory member of the dept ent in which you would need to speak with, or it would take too long so you need to be able to make the judgement call.
