This is an excellent SI joint belt. I have sacroiliitis, degenerative disc disease in my L4 and L5S1, and slipped discs in my neck, lumbar spine, and low back (L5S1). Three years ago I had SI joint fusion on my left side, but I still experience severe pain. I've tried everything, including other SI joint belts. This one, however, is very comfortable and supports my hips, back and sacrum extremely well. I went on a strenuous two mile hike last week while wearing the belt, and I haven't been able to do that in years. I couldn't find the sizing info in the listing so I went with a L/XL but the S/M would probably have been enough. My hips measure 40" around and the belt still has a lot of slack. It was easy to wash by hand after my hike. It doesn't look great under loose fitting clothes so occasionally I just bit the bullet and wore it visibly. If you've got major low back/hip pain you would too, who cares what people think. I highly recommend this belt for anyone with moderate to even severe pain.

Pretty Great. I have had hip issues for about 10 years and was just told about these products recently. It worked great for what I needed helped give me extra stability and keep the joints in place when healing from a dislocation. It does not come with instructions but a google search gave me more than enough info to put it on correctly. I've had this for about 2 months now and the quality is ok the closure began to fry not long after I received it. I have trimmed it and used a lighter to melt the end in place. It still performs just as needed.

Even with the double-pull straps, the material requires re-tightening and adjusting all day. The hip and sacro area is difficult to brace. The models they use all seem to have long slim bodies. I don't, and I am willing to bet the majority of women who need a trocanter belt don't either. Every time I sit down, the front rolls down and makes a Buddha Belly. For me it is a temporary solution and I will keep shopping for something more practical and comfortable. On the plus side, it was affordable and a quick delivery time.

I am still getting used to this but it does help relieve the pain of walking a little bit.

I've been having terrible hip pain on and off for quite a few years now, which is ridiculous in early to mid 20's. I found this product through an online suggestion and it has helped me incredibly! I was in such pain some mornings I couldn't even crawl, this gave my hips enough outside support to let them heal naturally while keeping up with my physically demanding job. It is wonderful. Tip: you actually need to walk for it to work and heal.

I have a problem with my lumbar spine causing femoral nerve pain and problems walking. This is helping. It is also supposed to help with bladder problems caused by the nerves. (Spastic bladder) It was recommended by a chiropractor.

At first this seemed like a quality product. However after two months I am not impressed with the longevity of it. I haven't even used it as much as the doctor instructed so I'm disappointed by how stretched out and misshapen it's already becoming. I am searching for a replacement already after only 2 months of owning and maybe 2-3 weeks worth of actual use (20-40min/day)

This belt does its job as it should, and much better than some of the cheapo competition. A) proper velcro B) does not over tighten and squish the pelvic bones.Recommended product for sacro-suffers.
