I don’t like to sweat and stick to my leather seats during summer in Miami since my older vehicle just doesn’t blast the cold AC as it used to. This keeps me off the hot leather and allows air to circulate underneath me. I hope the black beads don’t start showing wear with the color eventually rubbing off; time will tell. It’s a simple installation but the attached strings don’t work (too short and not in the right position) so the headrest is lowered to snug it at the top. Those are minor things. The overall product seems sturdily constructed and I’ve been pleased with the immediate relief of sitting directly on hot leather seats; I am much more comfortable and don’t have sweat marks on my clothing when I exit the vehicle. I am glad I purchased the product.

The supplied strings are flimsy and the headrest portion kept slipping. They are only good for figuring out how to place mat by holding it while you actually secure it properly. It takes a bit of work, but is worth the effort if you figure out how you want it positioned and then:1. use 550parachute cord (flash the tip to a point) thread the 550 through the row of beads where seat meets headrest (6 beads on mine) and tie it down with a square knot secured with a half hitch and flash the tips, actually put a piece of cardboard between seat to protect cushion from hot nylon dripping and press melted nylon flat into the halfhitch to prevent loosening.2. With you next length of 550 run through the topmost row of beads of headrest portion, leaving two working ends extended from each side. Run working ends under headrest posts, bring up through first bead in each edge where beads taper out, then coming from side of headrest, bring 550 through top of a vertical bead. (Visualize cross tying a load of cargo) Preset both sides as you will have to tie one end to a overhand knot and flash/press stick, you will have to compress headrest, raise bead mat and shimmy knot upwards simultaneously until it is tight enough that bead will tension lock knot, then flash/press stick. You should be done.I found the length was too short so I actually pulled bottom out through gap in seats. And have no bead butt prints on my clothing.

Works perfectly fine for my husband's work truck.

These are okay.They do **not** give you "a little massage" like some of the (I suspect fake) reviews claim. They are simply beaded seat covers sewn together with what looks like fishing line. They are dyed black and emit an awful smell the first couple of weeks. Thankfully, these are for my convertible.Here is what they are good for: Vinyl / leather seats get super sweaty on sunny days. These lift your back off of the seat and actually allow an air current to flow. Top down and going fast? You will feel the air moving between your back and the seat, and it's a nice feeling that keeps your shirt dry.These fit okay in my Mini Cooper Roadster. They are longer than I'd like and the beads hang over and behind the back of the seat, which means I need to have my seat pushed forward a notch further than I'd like in order to accommodate.I've had them a month and they seem to be holding up fine. I'm 6'4" and 205lbs, and I think that squeezing in and out of the seats because of my height is more difficult than it is for most people.

I loved them when I was young and love them now. Comfortable for long rides and keeps your body cool during the summer days so your sweat won't soak into your seats.

it doesnt even fit properly .. in the picture it shows the WHOLE SEAT BEING COVERED (down to where the back of our knees would be. BBBBUUTTT MIIINNEEE (of course), it literally only covers up to a little short of the half way mark of the lateral part of the seat (the part you actually sit on, the flat part), needless to say its short and not the right size in the length AT ALL. with that being said, since the size is way off the stringers that tell you to tie them down now dont reach where youre supposed to tie them down at! if I COULD give them back I WOULD in a heartbeat.. DO NOT GO OFF PICTURES NEITHER AS THE FINISH PRODUCT WILL NOTTT LOOK LIKE THE POSTED PICTURES.. i mean pretty much all car seat or pretty much the same size give or take a couple of inches but it literally needs AT MINIMUM ANOTHER 10–15 ROWS OF BEADS TO MAKE IT FIT PROPERLY!LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY! ID HATE TOBE THE ONE SAYING, “I TOLD YAA SOO...” 🤷🏻‍♂️

Beads will split and you will loose them.This is being used on a car seat.Would not recommend if you are looking for a durable product.
