I've tried different pill splitters over the years and this one is definitely the best so far. It's simple and effective. No messing around with aligning pills in a case hoping they stay that way when the lid closes to cut them. Sure it's one pill at a time compared to some multiple pill splitters, but the results are worth it. These scissors are very sharp and cut the pills with equal pressure from both side simultaneously, reducing the likelihood that the pill will be crushed or unevenly split. For the price, it's definitely worth a try.

I find these scissors-style pill splitters to be much easier to use than the usual style where you put a pill in a container and have a blade come down from the top. The scissors-style gives much more control and therefore precision, and I find that there is no residual pill dust. I've used these to split tablets of various sizes - from tiny allergy pills to relatively large magnesium supplements, and it's effective on both in my experience.

These pill shears are absolutely incredible. I've had them for some time now. Forget those plastic clamshell ones with a razor blade from the pharmacy. They're garbage.These cut through pills with a perfect cleanness every single time. Effortlessly. Just slight pressure cuts right through. No cracks, shards, or copious amounts of dust. Almost like cutting your pills with a lazer. You can even do quarters: half of a half.The ergonomic design allows for maximum accuracy. Wherever you put it, that's where it'll cut. Any error is the fault of the user, not the shears.Seriously, I'll never go back to those old style pill cutters. Would buy again or give as a gift in a heartbeat. If you have any need of cutting pills, or even just to keep it on hand for a possibility in the future, you should buy this. They feel like they should cost a lot more than they do. The value is there and it's money well spent, just for the sake of convenience and accuracy alone.

I use these to halve my big-ass magnesium pills because the whole pill considerably exceeds the RDA and I’m too young to die. They cut cleanly and with very little effort. Definitely much better than the cheap plastic pill cutters. If you have to cut bigger pills on a regular basis, I recommend these cutters.

Great buy! I was able to cleanly cut up 120 vitamins in only 8 minutes. Nice sharp cutting, no crumbling. Fast and efficient. Far cheaper than those plastic cutting boxes. Highly recommend!

This pill cutter is terrific and so fairly priced. Does a great job with very large scored pills.

I had some tablets that I needed halved, and some I could half with just my fingers, others (same bottle) were, "no way, no how." These little scissors made the way! Quick, easy, very minimal mess, and probably a more accurate split than my fingers could ever do on their own. Great product!
