Sharper Image Stainless Steel Thermobottle & Travel Mug Set

I had a really hard time finding a thermos this size. And it was really nice to get the bonus smaller thermos also. Works very well - keeps my herb tea cold throughout my workday.

Was a gift and it broke within a month sadly. Surprising especially since I’ve always purchased from Sharper Image and never had any complaints about their quality of merchandise.

Rec'd this set as a promotion thru another source. Straight out of the box, the inner cap of the thermos was broken and unusable. It will not seal at all. I sent a note directly to "Sharper Image" and was told not their problem...go back thru the retailer.It was such an obvious manufacturing defect that would have been readily apparent at the factory. Still, it was boxed up and shipped out even though it was useless for its intended purpose. NEXT!!!I will never buy another Sharper Image product. About the only "Sharper" I get is the angst of dealing with company like this that is in a spiraling out of control nose dive towards self destruction.This is an instance where Amazon should allow users to assign NDS - Negative Death Stars

A simple travel kit for liquids. The taller container has a pop-up top for added comfort. I have one for ice cream and/or soup also.

This package was a great deal at $9.99. It was probably mislabeled (sorry Ross). At full retail however I'd be very upset. The smaller thermos is garbage. The top screws in...but be careful not to under or over tighten or you'll have coffee all over you. When you overtighten even a bit, the threads slip and leaves a non noticeable gap at the seal. It's probably because the threads on the inside of the cup are metal and the ones on the lid are plastic and only about 1 1/2 turn deep. Also, when washing, the bottom pad takes in water. You can hear it swish around under there. When it dries it warps the bottom pad, and now it's forever lopsided. It stands on its own still...barely. This was with hand washing. Still, it's a nice token stainless steel cup.The larger thermos is really where it's at. I use it daily. Nice double wall stainless steel, removable screw-in cap/cup, and a pop/press open lid that does not leak. As far as the other review about the temperature - no it doesn't stay piping hot. I know some more expensive coffee thermoses will...but this one will keep it hot for 2 hours, warm at best for 4 hours, lukewarm after 8.This isn't the sharper image we all remember. This is some other company using a generic design and purchasing the right to brand their Chinese made thermoses through Iconix Brand Group - the company that bought the Sharper Image name. I've seen this same design under a bunch of different names - especially the lid assemblies.Good thing I got it for under $10.

This is my first customer review ever. I'm writing it because I was so disappointed in my set. The thermos never did quite work correctly. It always leaked. I tried to adjust it, thinking I was doing something wrong. Finally got tired of having coffee all over my desk so I just got rid of it.The mug leaks as well. I had stopped using it for a while and then put it into use again today. I now have coffee on my shirt and pants. Had to write a review.Oh, and for some reason, when you wash it, the pad on the bottom soaks up water. This water isn't released until you put hot liquid into the cup. The sucked up water then pours out of where it had been. Makes a mess, but at least it's only water.

Ya these are garbage. The smaller one retains water am from washing. Not sure how it even gets in there between the walls but it does and then drips all day long as you sip your coffee. The pop top on the larger one broke day one. Not worth your money.
