Feels sturdy for Olympic Lifts

These shoes are perfect for the gym, flat bottom provides great support for lifts. I wouldn’t recommend them for running, they’re not cushioned enough for that. Also not the best if you’re going to be standing or walking for long periods. I’m a nurse and have worn these at work several times, but I prefer something with more cushion when working. But you can’t go wrong in the gym with these! Also very stylish if you’re wearing out and about.
