Purchased this faucet in April 2016. It was great and worked beautifully for about 3 months. Then the button stopped working. Almost like it would get stuck, and you have to pull the rubber off to "unstick" it. After a couple of weeks of that, the entire button stopped working. As others have stated, you have to hold the button down to get the steady stream vs spray. Husband just figured out how to fix it for now, by watching a video on youtube, and we're going to make it limp along until we sell our house. I wouldn't recommend this product based on the poor design of the plastic flow switch that gets "out of alignment" and doesn't work to switch from solid flow to stream.

Truly a ton of bang for the buck. This thing looks as good or better than any $300 designer faucet at Lowes or Home Depot. The finish is beautiful, nothing cheap about it. The sprayer pressure is great, my only gripe would be when you switch to stream the pressure is not as good.When they say 3/4 of the job is getting the old faucet out, that is no joke. Once I did, within 15-20 minutes this thing was working perfectly. Everything I needed was included, and the connector to the counter is so great! Instead of having to use a basin wrench to tighten it down, there are three regular screws you tighten in for a snug fit. It included nice flexible water lines as well so once I undid the old ones, I tightened them on and away I went.I could not be happier with this purchase.

This is a beautiful faucet, but beauty is kind of useless when the faucet doesn't work. I bought this faucet and within a few months it stopped working on the spray setting. I wrote and the company sent a replacement nozzle but a few months after that, the same thing happened and the spray function stopped working. I was just going to live with it but now the whole faucet is slowly ceasing to function altogether. I have contacted the company and gotten no response this time. If I could give one star, I would.

I would like to know what kind of warranty this product has because the button that changes the water is malfunctioning making the water flow very slow Some times you have to press several times to get a good water flow and the spray is messed up to. Email [email protected]

After a 2 months you have to hold the button all the way in to get full pressure...it keep playing with it... DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT....

I loved the look of this faucet... we have had it for about a year and the button that switches the flow of water has stopped working. We are now dealing with a trickle of water in our kitchen! We will need to look elsewhere for a new faucet. Very dissatisfied customer!

We were so in love with this faucet until it totally crapped out on us. Like some other reviewers, the button that switches the water stream is broken so you have to click it a dozen times to even get water to come out at all. I really wish they would replace it for us. :(

I bought this to go into our travel trailer and it has worked out awesome. We are now using the extra sink hole to have dish detergent and hand soap dispensers while being able to easily fill pots in the RV.
