Arrived on time, tasted great and I was very happy with the order.
I wanted to use this product to make a Thai sauce for my salads and rice. I hadn't used it before in a recipe so it was great to find it on amazon. I'm learning new asian dishes, and Its a main ingredient in a lot of the dishes. The taste is sweet and very flavoursome. I'm very happy with this product.

Works well in pestle and mortar
To start with I was disappointed as when putting it in a Thai mix Indi didn’t dissolve. I then found that if I pummelled it in a pestle and mortar it broke down very nicely and mixed easily with the other herbs, spices and chilli.Have used it in several Thai dips etc and is very useful.
