Quality Product and Exceptional Customer Service
After spending months trying to make less expensive shades work for 2 lamps I decided to purchase these because of the color, although they were more expensive. These shades are high quality, every penny, and bring out the best in my existing lamps. I did return the original shipment (very low return shipping cost of less than $10) to purchase the next size up, and this was a very pleasant experience especially since I had previously purchased a set of shades from a site (NOT Amazon) that offered to refund the purchase price of $50 (for 2 shades) if I would pay shipping which would have been $50.00, so I am stuck with those until I donate them.I purchase a shade from Royal Designs several years ago and that shade still looks new. I truly enjoy my new shades from Royal Designs and their exceptional customer service.

Well made. Purchased Beige. It was a little dark because the linen is a dense weave. Wish I could have see it lit. But it works fine.

Lampshade
When I opened the box, ( which looked like something sat on the box), the lampshade had a few creases in it. Not happy. I had no time to take it back. ( leaving for a few weeks). I turn the creases to face the wall.

It was the correct size but the top is messed up. Not neat all crumpled up not smooth at all.
