Soul Riders: Jorvik Calling (Volume 1)

My daughter is really into Star Stable, so we ordered the book. I would say to be aware that there is a part in the book that says something like "like when I realized there was no Santa." If your child still believes, make sure you scan the chapter before you read and leave this part out!

Great book for the horse and Star Stable Online lovers.

My daughter absolutely loved this book. She’s not a huge reader but she surprised me and finished this book in a day. I wish Star Stable would come out with a whole series 😂

I personally didn't read the book, it was given as a gift to my daughter and she loves it! I think any Star Stable fan would really enjoy something tangible like this book. Star Stable is a great game for young horse loving girls to get lost in and from the looks of it so is the book! Another great adventure for the Soul Riders!

Pretty good if you enjoy Star Stable. The pacing in it is a bit odd, that’s my biggest complaint. I’d also enjoy a little more scenic descriptions and detail, but I suppose that’s up to personal taste, not to mention I’m probably a bit older than the targeted audience.Edit: Completely finished the book. If you haven’t played the game, a lot of it will be confusing. Dialogue is lacking and it seems rushed. Cover art is beautiful.

got this for my daughter and she actually reads it for school, will get her the other ones as well. She enjoys reading this book

I really liked this book. It was a fun read and I can't wait for the next book. I have played the PC star stables games and it's cool to be reading them now. It's well written and leaves a good cliff hanger.

Book has lovely art and is high quality. I love the map of Jorvik included at the front. The story itself is a bit rushed in places, it sometimes felt like it was just going from point to point rather than fleshing things out. But it was great to be able to read a book based on one of my favourite games.

Fantastic to learn some of the history behind the fabulous game I play on line. A pleasure to be enlightened.

I love this book as a frequent player on sso especially I love the backstory and lore.
