I've been using this mouthwash for years. I switch between the blue and green Act brands. This mouthwash keeps my gums clean and my mouth smelling fresh. I recommend it!

My periodontist recommended I use this. I have been using it daily for several years. If it prevents even one problem that I would need a painful procedure to fix, I think it's worth it.It doesn't burn my mouth like some mouthwashes and toothpastes do.

I recently discovered this product after a visit to my dentist. I have never had much work done on my teeth, and I have never had a cavity. During my last dentist visit, I found out that a spot on my tooth that had been bothering me was a soft spot. I was told to wait six months and see how it developed. So, I found this mouthwash that claims to help with soft spots. I started using it every morning and every evening. I would make sure to not rinse or eat anything for 10-20 minutes after using it. After about a week, my tooth was no longer bothering me!I still use this regularly, at least once a day. In addition to it's health benefits, it has a nice, mild mint flavor that is not shockingly strong like some mouthwashes.

I just recently started using ACT mouthwash because my dentist told me it’s good for people with acid reflux, which I have, and I can honestly say I like this mouth wash better than the alcohol free listerine I was using before. The taste isn’t so overwhelming like listerine. It’s more of a subtle refreshing taste that still has the power of refreshing your breath. Overall, I am glad I made the switch to ACT and I would recommend this mouthwash to a friend or family member even if they do not have problems with acid reflux.

This helps reduce sensitivity in my teeth. It's helped me more than anything else. I just wish they made it in cinnamon. The minerals in it combined with mint leaves an odd flavor. So i have to drink water an hour later (wait to let the minerals bond to your teeth). But like I said, it's reduced the extreme sensitivity in my teeth that the dentist couldn't help.

The normal ACT mouthwash does not have alcohol which is why some people choose to use it. Just beware this product DOES HAVE alcohol in it, so if you are used to the green alcohol free ones it might also taste a little different. I did not realize but also it is fine since I will use it anyways, it's just a little sneaky since you don't notice that "alcohol free" isn't on the bottle compared to the other ones. Other than that great value it is a huge bottle.

It has fluoride, and it gets rid of smells. It's just what my dentist told me to use for regular flouride to avoid cavities. I like it a lot.The problem was that it came with a cracked cap. There was tape around the cap, so it didn't leak, but I can't use the cap as a "cup".
