I used one bottle at 2 a day. I'm not sure if it helped because I have bad arthritis. Still better than taking Aleve. I may try another bottle. I also work out 3 times a week so I'm always sore.

I started taking this because I was having issues with my shoulder. Sore muscle and couldn’t get constant relieve with “sore muscle” creams. After about 4 or 5 days I noticed a difference. Been taking this for a while now and my shoulder issues are gone. So, needless to say, it works and I will keep taking this product.

inflammation is something I have struggled with for many years now, and I have tried endless numbers of supplements that claimed they would help. None of which provided any noticeable effects. After trying this Turmeric supplement I noticed the results within about 3 days which has me super stoked. Maybe its because this supplement is more concentrated than the others I have tried, whatever the reason I highly recommend buying this if you also struggle with inflammation.

Took it once and it made me cough. irritated my esophagus. I might try it once more and see. Was disappointing since I hoped it would relieve my knee pain.
