LBZ VPS replacement
Made removal and installation of the Turbo vane position sensor a cinch on my 2006 LBZ. Probably could have used a crescent wrench but this fit perfect, saved time, and no busted knuckles. Figured I could splurge since I was doing the labor myself.

Great product overall.
Socket works as intended, couldn't tell if its painted or a poor powder coat job but either way the coating causes it to be slightly too small for easy use. Had to gently persuade it onto the sensor. Once on the sensor the socket worked great and was easy to remove. Would purchase again if I ever needed two of these things.

But it!
If you are looking at this socket you need it. Yes the guy on YouTube didn't but his was lined up just right and I didn't want to keep taking parts off. I ordered the sensor first trying to save a few bucks. Had to wait to get the socket in to finish the job. Local HF doesn't have a sensor socket that will work. Very fast job with the socket.

Needs clearancing!
Bought a "used" return for a good price from Amazon Warehouse and see why it was returned. When the hex was broached in the socket, the displaced metal curled into the area above the hex portion of the socket and will WILL NOT fit over the OEM GM sensor, but does fit the aftermarket sensor. A few minutes with a grinder with a rotary stone to smooth out the socket bore and it fits perfect. Was worth a saving a few bucks to me, but for most people that don't have the capability, it would be a huge frustration. After clearancing it's a nice tool.

Does not fit. Wrong size
Wrong size. I received a 7/8 inch socket. I was either sent the wrong size or the product description and offering is entirely wrong. The GMC turbo vein position sensor requires a 25 mm or 1 inch Offset socket for removal. This socket above is totally useless unless you are removing an oxygen sensor. Be aware again this does not fit
