They worked fine until the bulbs burned out. Apparently, the bulbs are not replaceable and the return window has closed. I bought two, so, adios $80. If the seller is reading this then I’d like to send them back for a full refund.

It’s easy to use, worked great for 3 months. So well that I had to move it away from my back door because it was attracting a swarm of bugs but it sadly died today after just 3 months of having it. Wouldn’t purchase again unless you’re using it seldomly. We use it very often because I have 3 kids who are in and out of the house all day so flies come in like crazy.

THE WARNINGS ABOUT THE BULB ARE TRUE. THIS ZAPPER IS GARBAGE. DONT BUY THIS TRASH! ps I never do this, review products. ive done it 3 times my whole purchasing history. that tells you something.

It doesn't come with enough product, but even without the little block it still does the zapping just fine. The only think I don't like about it is that there's no switch so you can't flick it on and off you have to go through the task of unplugging it.
