Does not come assembled, but the fit and alignment of holes/wood was spectacular. Once together, box is very stable, and I feel completely safe jumping on it (I'm a fatty @ 275 lbs, but dropping). Very stable, doesn't feel anywhere close to not safe, very happy with this box. Allows me to make up cardio, athletic, and leg work on weekends or when I miss a crossfit workout. Great Box!

I have been researching and looking for the best Plyo box, and the correct heights for me. I love the 3 in 1 feature!! We have a small workout area and fits perfectly in that room. My husband put the box together easily. There were no problems at all. I have been jumping, squatting, stepping up and exercising about 4 days a week on it. I have had no problems or qualms with the Rep 3 in 1 Plyo box. Thanks for building a sturdy and efficient piece of workout equipment.

Surprisingly well build. Easy 10 minute assembly. Nice beveled edges. So sturdy with the tongues and groove joints...and the 3 way support system in the middle. Ordered another one as soon as I put this first one together and saw the quality.

The CNC machining shows up in this product. A pleasure to put together with screws and glue. It has moved by workouts to a new level. I am kicking myself for not ordering sooner.

I am really impressed with the Rep 3 in 1 Wood Plyo Box. I ordered the largest size, 30", 24", 20". It is smooth, sturdy, and easy to move for storage with the convenient handles. We went ahead and did the optional step of securing the connections with wood glue so I recommend you order some if you don't have wood glue already. Highly recommend this box.

I bought the 24/20/16 size for my 11 year old daughter. She's a gymnast and it fits her perfectly. She loves it. Only problem is, I love it too. Rock solid construction, easy to put together and heavy enough that you can easily turn it but it won't slide when you're working out. I'd recommend it to anyone looking at purchasing a plyobox.
