Futurebiotics Trace Minerals Advanced Colloidal, 4 oz.

I add a little to my big bottle of water, then sip on that through the day. When the weather turns hot, or I know I will be sweating a lot, I like make a hydration concoction of water, some 100% juice (like Tart Cherry juice concentrate, or another concentrate), a dash of real salt, and a splash of of this product.

Out of all the supplements I take or have tried, this one honestly makes me feel the best.

Didn't seem to do much. Just an experiment to check it out.

A must if you use distilled water

This is a colloidal mineral solution. Been taking it for years. It's a good thing to keep up on your minerals!

Good product...leaves no after taste as some trace mineral products do. I will buy it again and again.

I took one dose and within 5 minutes I became sweaty, clammy and had extreme nausea, severe headache and heart palpitations. I would have gone to the emergency room if I wasn't so sick that I couldn't even move to get to a phone to call an ambulance! After a few hours I slowly started to feel better so, it wasn't the flu, a virus, cold or anything else, it was definatly this stuff that made me so sick. I would steer clear of this product.Update, just recently found out I'm allergic to silver from my naturopath Dr. This is why I had such a bad reaction to it.

I have taken this for many years. It is a daily requirement and makes a difference in my health. Will buy again.
