I crush them and put them in my baby's bath and its helped a lot. No longer fighting to give meds, just let him soak in the tun a bit and it allows him to be able to nap or go to bed for the night without any oral meds. My teeth were so sensitive I thought it may be multiple cavities starting. Took about 3 weeks for these to make a difference. I take them for 3 weeks on 1 off.I break them and give them to the toddler when teething too!
