It's worked after the first tablet, it's helps to reduce anxiety and helps with my muscles pain as well. It's helps to get through my working hours without being in agony.

I exercise a lot and i was looking for a high quality, but still affordable magnesium supplement, luckily I found this product. The pills have a nice size, so you dont choke on them and no funky smell or taste and the effect is really good, they definitely help me to keep my training schedule up.
