Fantastic product and super plus that they employee people who actual want to work.

I was really excited to get this Za'atar because it's made in Israel and I have wonderful memories of living there and eating amazing food from all around the region. Unfortunately the first bottle that arrived was probably old stock; it wasn't a fresh green color, and the sesame seeds tasted bitter. The company was sincerely apologetic and replaced my purchase with a new bottle free of cost which I really appreciated (pic showing new bottle on left & first attempt on right). This Za'atar is very tasty and I'm looking forward to eating it!

I have not yet opened or tried it, so cannot attest to the taste. It is made with true hyssop, not thyme like less expensive blends, so I expect it to be nice. I was impressed with a note that accompanied the jar, advising me that the label might not sit on straight or may have a wrinkle or bubbles under it, but since they employ workers with special needs, their successful employment is more important than the esthetics of a "perfect" lable. I will probably order more when I finally use this jar up! (My label was perfect!)

I LOVE THE FLAVOR!! I eat it with olive oil and pita bread. I traveled to the middle East many years ago and zapata became a favorite at that time; for breakfast or just on pita "sandwhich". Sheffa Za'atar brings right back to those wonderful memories. I was very happy to find such a fine quality Za'atar here. The price is amazing! For me, I only need to order more at a time...It's simply delicious, with quality ingredients..no trashy pieces for fillers..Don't miss out on this so tasty spice for your cupboard!!

My jar arrived broken but they replaced it right away with no issues.The quality of the spice blend is very high. I would recommend.
