Fantastic at what it is supposed to do. No frills and poor entertainment extras built in.
I have had this treadmill up and running for about a month now. I was looking for a higher end treadmill with the sturdiness of a gym level one. I am 6' and 250lbs and some of the lower end treadmills are not sturdy enough and shake too much for someone my size. I have it installed in a finished basement on a hard vinyl tile floor with a treadmill mat underneath. First impressions: * This thing is one of the bulkiest and heaviest things I have had to move in my house. It weighed over 425 lbs. and came in a big 7' x 3' box. * I needed four people to move it around to the back of my house into my basement. It will never move again. If you don't have a couple of burly friends to help you, consider the White Glove service, if available. * Setup was easy once out of the box. I did it myself. Some parts are a little large and heavy so having a second person would help. Pros: * Has it where it counts. This thing feels like a gym treadmill. Sturdy, well made. * Lifetime warranty on the motor * No calibration needed out of the box for me. The tread was aligned and there was no slippage. * Very comfortable, even on faster speeds. I didn't have any issues with walking, jogging or running. * It isn't very loud compared to other treadmills I have used. Motor is relatively quiet. Of course it gets louder as you fun faster. * Hand bars are long and sturdy. * Quick access panel with start and emergency stop switch is nice * Little to no deck flex. Sturdy run for my size. Cons: * The console is sub par. It is really basic monochrome readout. There are a number of presets and manual modes and you have some good options but it is missing key features I would expect for a treadmill in this price range. For instance, the mp3 player is USB or 3.5mm jack only with no Bluetooth so this appears to be a design from about a decade ago. This isn't a major issue for me as I have a wall mounted TV in the room where this resides. * I didn't expect much but the audio quality of the speakers are awful * The fan is a nice little feature but it runs for a few minutes and shuts off. * No way to save profiles for the runner. I have to enter my weight, age, etc. every time I use it. This is dumb. * Haven't figure out how to add time to an existing session. I have to just start a new one if I want to add more minutes. * There is a heartrate pulse sensor on the handlebars, much like gym tier treadmills although I have found it to be not very sensitive and slow. I just stopped using it because it doesn't always register. * Cup holders are oddly shaped and angled. Also, the phone holder is small and doesn't fit my Galaxy S10+. These are nitpicky and small, but still need pointed out. * No cool down button. Just end. Overall impression is that I love this thing. The important parts like the treadmill, motor, size, warranty, build quality are all awesome. If you want all the built in entertainment or fitness tracking extras that some other brands have, you're out of luck. Just use a Fitbit and get a TV/tablet for entertainment and call it a day. Subtracted one start for the underwhelming console for this price range but debated making it 5 stars as that is minor to me. 3/8/21 EDIT: After using the treadmill for a few months I can confirm that the quality is amazing. Great track, no slippage, sturdy (I weigh 245lbs) and works as advertised. It feels like a commercial treadmill. Yes, the console is still subpar but after using the fitbit for a while, I have found that the console is completely unnecessary other than to get it started and adjust speed. I bumped the review to 5 stars based on it being a phenomenal treadmill.

Well Worth the Money
We bought the 3G Cardio Elite Treadmill from Amazon and so far absolutely love it! I have been a member at LifeTime Fitness for a long time and finally realized that I only use the treadmill. I decided I wanted to use a treadmill at home and wanted to stop wasting money on membership fees. The only brands of Treadmills I was familiar with was LifeFitness and Precor because that is what is available at my health club. I started by shopping around these two brands and was floored by the costs. To get an actual commercial treadmill would have been over $5000! As I researched this more, I came across the 3G Cardio brand. The Elite Runner Treadmill had the exact quality I wanted for a much better price. Now that I have been running on this treadmill I have to say that it actually feels better than what I used at the club. I have been extremely impressed so far and I certainly hope this continues. This treadmill weighs almost 400lbs, has an upgraded commercial “ortho” style belt and feels incredibly sturdy and stable. Although it is an expensive purchase, it was still far less than the other comparable models from Precor and LifeFitness. The main feature that I like is that it is very sturdy. The treadmill does not shake around and vibrate when I run on it. I like the handle bars too, they are at a very good angle and I don’t feel like I am too close to the electronics display. I also like that I can use an iPad and the audio speakers sound decent enough. I have used the heart rate monitor and it seems really accurate. I have made one custom program and that also works nicely. This treadmill has a Hi/Low fan which I don’t use because I have an overhead fan but it does have a bit of power and I can feel it on my face when I turn it on. This may be a good feature for someone who needs it. I am not a “techy” person but I do like the fact that I can plug my iPhone into the treadmill and talk hands-free. This is a nice feature even though again, I probably won’t use it too often. This treadmill has a 10 year parts warranty and a lifetime warranty on the motor and frame. I can also really notice the difference with the upgraded running belt on this machine. It is far softer than anything I have ran on before but it does not feel “mushy” like some of the cheaper treadmills at the department stores. I would highly suggest this treadmill to others. If someone is looking for a treadmill to last them a long time and something to feel like a gym treadmill, this is a very good buy. It is really heavy and big so that is something to keep in mind if you have a space consideration. There are smaller treadmills available but I am sure the quality would be much less too.

Solid, well made product, however I feel it is overpriced and the manual is amateurish at best. I would have expected a more professional manual for a treadmill at this price point, with that being said it is a good treadmill.

Five stars for the product, and just as importantly, for the people behind it.
I wanted to update my review after speaking directly with leadership, because while parts of my experience were frustrating, the way 3G handled it ultimately speaks volumes about the company. The 3G Cardio Elite Runner X Treadmill is an outstanding, commercial-grade machine. It is extremely well built and clearly designed for serious, long-term use. It is also exceptionally large and heavy, far more so than most residential treadmills. That size and weight make delivery a logistical challenge, not because of poor intent, but because this model is simply in a different class. My initial order was placed through Amazon. In hindsight, I should have verified exactly how Amazon would handle in-home delivery for a treadmill of this size. This unit does not arrive in smaller, manageable pieces, and buyers should confirm delivery details in advance if ordering through a third party. After that experience, I ordered directly from 3G to use their white-glove delivery option, which is absolutely the right approach for this specific model. While there were delays related to third-party logistics, I want to clearly state that 3G’s customer service and leadership were exceptional throughout. Communication was responsive, transparent, and solution-oriented, and they took ownership of the situation in a way that is increasingly rare. The most important takeaway for future buyers is this: • The Elite Runner X is massive and extremely heavy • If ordering through Amazon, confirm that they will bring it into your home • If ordering directly from 3G, use white-glove delivery • For smaller treadmills, this is likely a non-issue. This model is simply extraordinary in size and build. I have no hesitation recommending 3G as a company. They stand behind their products, they care deeply about their customers, and they demonstrated integrity and accountability when things became complicated. This is a premium treadmill from a company that takes its reputation seriously.

Good Treadmill, Fantastic Customer Service
I will start by saying that my review is for this product and it’s a little late, 2.5 years late. My initial impression of the treadmill was that it was expensive, but justifiably so based on the machines heavy construction and well crafted components. I paid to have it set up and had no issue with buyers remorse after the fact. My wife runs on it a couple hours a week when the weather here in Michigan doesn’t cooperate. Like I said we bought it and the only issue I had were a few cracks in the plastic of motor housing which I reasonably suspect were done by the two stooges from the delivery company. I couldn’t see complaining to 3G Cardio about an issue they didn’t create and besides we wanted to use the treadmill. Fast forward a few years to this last weekend when my wife and I were trapped inside due to the recent ice storms (it was kind of like the shining). Anyway we decided to get some time on the treadmill (her) me on the bike and chat as we exercise. Well my wife flips the switch on the treadmill (we keep it off when not in use) and nothing but a slow steady beep and no display. Great, I start looking at things, checking the circuit boards for anything obvious, and nothing, circuitry without a diagram is best left to those familiar with it. So I curse my luck, check the internet for possible solutions and come up with nothing other than, is it plugged in? @&$?;$&@, of course it’s plugged in. Frustrations aside I look for a customer service number for 3G Cardio on the same internet that has thusly proved useless. There it is, posted on the website, I figured why not call it now (Sunday afternoon) it’s probably going to the third world anyway for “customer service “. I didn’t get through but was able to leave a message. Well, to my surprise I got a telephone call from Heath, a 3G Cardio technician, he asked me several questions with regard to the issue, and had me email him photos and video of the issue. I figured this would be a protracted issue that would take time to resolve itself, wrong again. Heath called back and said he thinks he knows what the issue is and would be shipping repair parts my way. Now I am happy knowing it’s only going to be a few days until we are up and running again. Well a few hours later another 3G Cardio tech calls me back and asks if I have a few minutes to do a little more trouble shooting, I said sure and he talked me through a quick panel removal, described a specific wire and had me pull it out. I plugged the machine back in and everything started working again except for the defective earphone jack that precipitated the issue. Apparently they had a few defective boards get through quality control and didn’t present an issue until you plugged a pair of headphones into it. Unbeknownst to my wife and I, our son used the treadmill with headphones, which caused the issue. Long background over and commentary complete, I cannot recommend this product highly enough. The quality is good, but the customer service long after the fact was great, surprisingly so, it has been many years since I have dealt with a company that actually cares about their customer in the long term. 3G Cardio even offered to send out a new motor cover to replace the one that was broken when it was delivered. Wow, just wow. And as a further testimonial, this treadmill is extremely durable, when I started walking and then jogging I was 280 lbs, and the treadmill chugged away without issue and the many miles my wife has put on it have made no impact whatsoever. So if you are on the fence I hope this helps.

Great, commercial gym feeling treadmill. Plan delivery carefully though.
Very solid and sturdy treadmill. We researched and compared many models on the treadmillreviews website before deciding on this one for our basement gym. Belt size and weight capacity are awesome, makes running feel very safe, comfortable and quiet. No loud pounding, shuddering, vibrating, etc. I don't have to worry about drifting too far back or stepping off the belt. The one thing this TM has less of is fancy entertainment and software features, programs, touchscreens, wifi, etc. The fan is also very weak. IMO I'd rather have a treadmill where most of the cost goes toward the actual treadmill functions, motor, frame, belt, etc. I can install my own fans and TVs, etc. Only thing I would change is that a workout cannot be paused indefinitely. You pause it and have only a few minutes to resume or else it clears your data and you have to start over. About the DELIVERY....make sure whoever delivers and/or installs it knows how much it weighs and where they are expected to install it. We purchased delivery with expert installation. There were only 2 delivery guys and they were not able to get the treadmill inside our house due to the weight. Only 1 installation guy was sent. Neither the delivery or installation guys knew it was 400 lbs and they seemed unequipped to deal with it. Delivery guys initially planned to bring it inside to our basement but struggled just moving it in our driveway, even dropped it a few times. Then they told us they had to just leave it in the driveway. I finally had to pay them $100 extra to help ME carry it around our house to our walkout basement entrance. The 3 of us barely got it indoors.

A Solid Treadmill with Exceptional Customer Service
After researching various treadmills, I decided to take a chance on this highly praised unit, and I’m glad I did. It arrived in perfect condition and was easy to assemble. However, be warned: it’s heavy! You’ll need 2-3 people to move it, especially between floors. I had a minor issue with the pins, but customer service was outstanding. Keith was especially helpful, always available to take my calls and quickly resolved the issue. The treadmill itself is quiet, smooth, and built like a tank. I also love the fact that there are no subscription fees or overly complex electrical components to worry about, unlike many newer models with faulty consoles. With proper maintenance, I can see it easily lasting 10 years or more. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a long-lasting, high-quality treadmill without the extra overhead costs.

Great so far!
Delivery: The treadmill arrived within the scheduled window and the delivery company went well above what I expected. They said they would bring the treadmill over one threshold in the house and would take it into the basement if I wanted. I asked them to bring it in through the side door of the house and directly down into the basement. When they realized that the box was too large to get down the stairs into the basement they offered to open the box and take it down in parts. This thing is heavy so I was happy to let them carry it down the stairs. They were extremely courteous and accommodating. I expected them to bring it to the porch and that we would be responsible for moving it where we wanted it. I was very impressed with the delivery. Construction: As I mentioned, the treadmill is heavy but putting it together was very easy. My husband put it together alone and didn't have any problems other than some awkward balancing because of the weight. Operation: So far I am very impressed with the quality and overall operation of the treadmill. I have run a few miles on it and it is very robust and better quality than some treadmills I've used in hotel gyms. It isn't too loud and was very smooth during my first run. The only thing I don't like about it is the toggle on the display. I like to see both speed and distance at the same time and this treadmill toggles those two. Overall though, I am very pleased with this treadmill so far.
