Let's get the obvious out of the way. The M8:1 monitor arm is expensive. Probably too expensive. But it's beautifully made, well thought out and performs flawlessly.I needed an arm for my my New iMac Pro. I had 2 highly rated monitor arms in storage but couldn't get either to put the monitor where I wanted.I tried buying a five star, $45.00 arm from Amazon. Out of the box, the product was poorly finished, had paint holidays and rough edges. Setup was difficult and I couldn't get the tilt adjustment to work.The M8:1 took 3 minutes to setup. It assembles and disassembles with touch buttons. The screen was a piece of cake to mount (and unmount). The iMac floats to any position I need. It even stores its own Allen wrenches in a hide-away under the mount cover.I guess I should not be surprised. I now a Humanscale desk chair that is similarly praiseworthy. Good work Humnscale.
