This product is amazing! It’s all natural healthy fiber which helps keep a heathy digestive system and if you suffer from constipation it really helps! I use it regularly by adding it to my morning shake, and it leaves no after taste. The best thing about it is it helps with weight loss in a healthy way, or in my case it helps me balance a healthy weight.

A co-worker told me about this, her mom takes it every day so she started taking it too. So, having digestive troubles and "regularity" issues, I tried a few spoonfuls of hers. She told me her mother (an older lady), takes hers with half orange juice/half water. I tried it in orange juice. I have had digestive issues, ulcers, GERD, constipation, you name it for years and am always looking for natural remedies. This stuff worked! I was shocked. I ordered some for myself and am on my 3rd bag of it. It takes my body about 3 tbsp daily. I tried it with water, it was Gross! It swelled up like uncooked oatmeal or something. With 100% pure orange juice, not from concentrate, no additives, and a little splash of water in it, I mix my 3 scoops in a shaker bottle, let sit for 10 or 20 minutes in the fridge (it's better cold), and no trouble! I love it! It's like drinking crushed up seeds. For some reason if I omit the OJ, it's not as effective. I guess just my body. I do eat a very healthy diet. I even enjoy adding to my green smoothies! I am on 10 rx's and countless supplements due to chronic health issues, and have never found a product like this one that truly does work. I notice if I don't drink it for a day or two! I just shake it up in OJ and add some ice cubes if I'm in a hurry, then I can drink on the way to work (I commute at least an hour each way). I would definitely recommend due to the fiber, chia seeds, flax seeds and other ingredients. It has been a 20-year journey to find something that really helps my body every single day. I have not been paid for an endorsement or given a sample in exchange for my review. I tried it because of a friend at work, and now I keep it at home and at work. My body feels so cleansed when I use this stuff. Yes, it's gritty and if you don't like textures, you might not like it, but I love it! Won't be without it. The bloating, gas, GERD, regularity, all are better since I've been on it for several months. Recommend you try it. Have not tried the pills.

But it works great. It was suggested that I increase my roughage to decrease colon pressure. This wasn't logical to me but given the issue that I was experiencing I thought to give it a chance. Additionally, as Nopalina claimed to support healthy sugar levels (blood glucose level?), I opted to try this product. My cholesterol is elevated so I hoped to double down with increased flax seed oil in my diet so this was yet another reason to try this. I already eat my kale and other greens with lignan enriched flax oil. Oh, and my mother told me take this to alleviate the issue alluded to at the onset of this review. That said the issue has relented. I am a little more than regular now; I had started to have some decreased regularity. Now it seems that I am just full of ... it. I am scheduled for another blood test later this month so I expect to see some improvement in glucose level and hopefully cholesterol too.

I found that it aids with regularity and helps manage sugar cravings. One serving a day is enough for me. I let is sit in a glass of water before I mix and drink. My stomach feels flatter as I became more regular and I did loose five pounds.

This fiber works but you have to add 3 big scoops with 8 oz water and the next morning you have a huge poop , just to tell you that my stomach got flatter and I weight myself before I was 179 after I poop I was 176 it take all you bad toxins and waste your are being carrying in your intestines for weeks

I love this product, but I knew what I was looking for. If you have any issue with fibrous material mixed in drink this isn't for you. It's also not "tasty" as maybe the orange fiber drink or fiber gummies. It's has a mild fruity taste but in a la Croix way. It's not sweetened like a diet coke. I think for how bulky this seems, it actually mixes to be pretty sheer! It's got a lot of great ingredients and I take it almost as a vitamin. I've been using it since june of 2020 and I'll continue to use it.

I've been using this for some years now and it really helps me maintain my weight, and the price is reasonable.
