Practically, about a cup. My dehydrator trays are not perfectly flat. They slope toward the center. I can just squeeze in a cup, but there is room for more if your trays are really flat.

Measure your tray area. they have the size on description. That's what I did and they fit my Ronco brand. I love them.

a small layer across the whole area. Your manual will tel you how much to put on the tray. Trays are pretty much the same.
