One of the most musical dacs available at any price!!
Even within the context of mine very high end system the D90 has proven itself to be one of the most transformational audio products I ve ever heard in my 30 years of being an audiophile.... Needs best power cord you can afford, I ve used Cardas Golden power cord , and needs very neutral and revealing USB cord (avoid warmish cables) I ve used the KING REX U (Craft) dual head USB cable... Used it as a preamp/dac with very good results into both the Goldmund Mimesis 3,& Classe DR-3 amplifiers, as Its volume control is very transparent.. Speaker and Interconnects: Cardas Golden Cross..... ...Amazing musicality, a huuuuge soundstage, that is very deep and stable as well, with striking musical immediacy... For $699 this dac is shockingly good.... I could knock a point , or 2, but since it trounced many other highly regarded dacs at up to 15 times its price, I will let it few "faults" pass. Any music lover now can enjoy a no compromise sound from digital.... Got mine at the APOS audio.... Fast shipping from China despite anti virus measures that made logistics a nightmare.. OUTSTANDING DAC!
Articulate, precision imaging, huge sound stage,airy top end,liquid mid range,slamming low end-tight. Fantastic sounding -makes my cd,s sing. Best mid range dac out there. Beautiful piece-just do yourself a favor and get it.

Quality DAC, measures and sounds as such
Excellent DAC, easy to setup, and can run both XLR and RCA outs at the same time.I have a bunch of DAC’s and this one sounds just like the best of them!

Great product.
I actually don't have any dislike on this product. I am very happy with the outcome and the quality. Using this product on my 2.2 stereo setup.I received the product with no owners manual. Which I would like a hard copy so I can read up more instead of surfing the web to find a pdf file.
