Q: Would it work on a curved windshield?

I use it on the front of my RV which has more curves then any windshield I have seen so I would say yes it would. I also use it on my truck but keep in mind the more curve the harder you will have to push, I find it easier if you stand in front of the ( Car, Truck ) and use a pole with it, that's just my tip.

Q: does it use a standered screw in poll

This uses what is considered the standard "Universal" thread in the USA. There are other standards outside the US that will not work.

Q: Does this include the xl microfiber waffle weave finishing towel?

I've bought a couple of these and towels were not included. The squeegee is terrific. Use it on motorhome.
