LUCID Mattress Topper, Twin XL, 3 Inch, Ultra Plush Down Alternative Fiber - Soft and Breathable Cotton Topper

It is as described. It softens my contact with the bed and is fluffy, does not flatten with one use but holds its form. I will be refluffing and turning it each week, when i change my sheets, to prevent flattening of one area that i lay on. It fits my deep queen mattress perfectly. I cover it with an additional barrier sheet to prevent staining, and then with my regular Queen deep sheet, and it all fits fine.

We recently purchased a firm mattress and was instantly regretting it. Sleeping on it a full night was a lot different than the 3 minute test in the store... of course it helped my husband's back which is why we got a firm mattress, but at the cost of our comfort I was not a happy camper. So I did my homework on what type of topper to use that would help the situation taking into consideration sleeping positions, size, etc. I researched many types of pads, down, down-alternative, foam, memory foam, etc. and decided to try a down alternative topper first. Then I did copious amounts of research to find the best reviews and price and finally decided on the LUCID 3 Inch High Plush Down Alternative Fiber Bed Topper, I took it out of the box and let it air out overnight before using it (only a slight odor, but probably wouldn't have been noticed with sheets over it). When I put it on the bed, I was happy to see that the fitted sheet did not flatten it out, but was still able to secure it (the bands on the topper also helped secure it to the mattress). The first night we slept on it was like heaven. It gave us the soft plushness we were missing on our new firm mattress and did not bunch up or flatten down in any areas like other products I reviewed. I've been sleeping on it for about 3 weeks now and when I change the sheets I pop it off and shake it out just to redistribute the areas that do take most of our weight and it's still just as super comfortable and plush. It also stays in place, and when I make the bed, you cannot tell there is any kind of topper on it.. it just looks soft and plushy, but still neat underneath our comforter. I also have not noticed any difference in temperature, and I tend to be a pretty hot sleeper and was concerned it might hold in more heat, but it seems to breathe well. Overall, this is an excellent topper for our needs and I look forward to getting into my bed every night because of it!

This mattress pad/topper is cushy and soft; you sink into it. After having a posturpedic memory foam topper, which was too stiff for my liking, I found this one to be a welcome change. It's comfortable, and definitely improved our inexpensive, hard mattress.

I have bought so many toppers for my bed (which is beyond firm).I have many issues, making it very hard to get comfortable enough to sleep. THIS topper has completely changed my life! It is easy to 're-fluff' everytime I change sheets, and stays securely in place without slipping.I was so happy with it, I ordered a 2nd one for a friend with similar issues. She loves hers too!

I've had this mattress topper for 3 months now. I see many reviews stating that this topper "goes flat" but that's wrong.This topper has a good amount of filling in it, unfortunately the stiff cover fabric cancels it out. Because it's so stiff, it doesn't allow you to sink into the filling properly. Instead it creates a uniform compression under your body making it feel like you're on a hard, flat surface even though you're on what SHOULD be a comfortable and supportive amount of fill.I am quite literally "sorely" disappointed with this topper.

We have a firm mattress because in the past my husband had required it for back problems. But after spending the week in the FL Keys at a fancy resort with a super fluffy mattress topper we decided to try to duplicate the resort-feel at home. I read a lot of reviews and decided on this one, the Lucid Plus 3-Inch Down Alternative. It is exactly what I'd hoped for. We have had it for 3 months and not 1 complaint. This mattress topper is still holding it's shape. It does not move or shift or slide, thanks to the mattress straps that hold it in place. It washes nicely. My husband has not had 1 night where his back has been uncomfortable. So glad we purchased this. Paired with the Nestl Extra Deep Pocket Sheet Set, also sold on Amazon, and we have created the 5-Star Resort feel at home.

Wow! I'm voting this my best purchase! Super sft and comfortable. I like a medium firm bed but due to recent health issues I need softer. I took a gamble and purchased this without first touching and wow its great! I've owned it for over 6 months now and I'm still incredibly happy with it. It changed my sleep for the better immediately. Great quality great value!!!!! Ps I'm not a lover of memory foam that is why I chose this one

Best comforter I’ve ever tried!!! If you’re not a fan of memory foam but looking for something with the comfort level of about 1inch memory foam, this is for you! If you’re like me, I actually thought it’d be more plush than it actually is based on the comments and description however it is the most plush non-memory foam comforter I’ve tried. It’s great if you have a firm-medium mattress and you want a little extra padding. And it stays on the mattress really well! Keep in mind every month it’s good to fluff out. Which is easy todo when it’s laundry day. Also I clean it with a steamer about every 6 months to keep it fresh. Overall really good quality, lasting and easy to maintain product!!

Was looking forward to this arriving!I've been sleeping on it for about 2-3 weeks now, and wow! I look forward to going to bed each night and dread having to get out. It's incredibly comfortable and I've even noticed my back pain has disappeared.I was a bit skeptical when I first pulled it from the box. It was super puffy and looked awesome, but it was about 6 inches to narrow and 3 inches to short when I layed it on my king mattress. But once I pulled the straps under the mattress to hold it in place it stretched out nicely and fit great. My mattress protector and fitted sheet fit very nicely over top.I haven't yet had to re-poof it yet as mentioned in other reviews.I recommend this to everyone who asks!So comfy.
