Good looking chair. Easy to assemble. Seat padding is not as thick as I thought but tolerable. As far as sturdiness goes, the right arm may have been damaged during shipment because my daughter who weighs 100 lbs soaking wet, pushed off the right arm rest to stand up and the weld or support for the arm broke. I’m trying to contact GT Player but the phone seems to just ring and ring and ring. Not giving up yet. There is a no questions asked one year warranty on this product. I purchased it in March 2020.**I can't say anything bad about this company. They responded within two days of my email and two days later I had a replacement part. They couldn't be any more professional. When I got my placement cushion it was apparent that the original was damaged during shipment. Kudos to them and I would highly recommend this product. I'm also changing my review to 5 stars due to my experience with this company and their product quality. **

This chair has potential. It seems comfy and for the most part, sturdy. I specifically chose this one because I didn't want a plastic base for the wheels,- I wanted metal. However, the welding on the right arm (where the arm connects to the seat,- the piece that you connect the arm too) is broken. I'm not sure when it exactly happened, but I got this chair on 7/10 and it's 9/20,- so less than three months. I'm pretty sure it was like that from the beginning, but I stupidly waited until now to really look into it. I thought this whole time I wasn't tightening something correctly, so I waited until I could have someone come help me. I finally had enough and today I cut the fabric to see if there was a screw loose in there or something I could reattach, but unfortunately its definitely the welding. I've reached out to the seller, but I doubt I'll get any sort of help since the window of returns is well past the time frame.Update - I was pleasantly surprised that not only did I get helped, they went above and beyond. I was sent a new seat to replace the broken one extremely quickly. Hopefully this one doesn't break!

This is my first ever Gaming Chair purchase. Im not a big guy about 5 foot 7. About 175Lbs.Chair was pretty easy to put together. Took about 45 minutes to put together.Chair quality definitely feels like a $120 chair. Feels firm yet soft. Most of the parts are Metal, the non metal parts are a heavy heavy duty plastic.Arm rest padding is perfect. Some chairs padding is to firm or to soft.I have a kinda thick carpet an the wheels do roll on it but it does take some force. Obviously.Over all if you are buying this for a child or a medium to small Adult id say this chair is a good pick. Bigger people will 100% have a harder time enjoying this chair.If I had to rate it id say its a solid 8.5 out of 10.

UPDATE: It's been about a year, and I spent way more time in this chair than originally intended, due to COVID-19, and working from home.Don't buy it.The back of the chair is misaligned now, and cannot be relaigned. My back is killing me. The chair is constantly squeaking, and I have to tighten the bolts on a regular basis. Im finally throwing this chair out, and searching for a new one.Original Review:I selected this chair specifically because I wanted a racing-style chair with a footrest. I also wanted one that specifically said it was made of artificial leather (as PU leather by itself can mean a number of different things, including bicast leather). So far, it's been great!As someone who's usually pretty incompetent when it comes to assembly, putting the chair together took me only about 30 minutes. The only oddity was that the armrests were clearly mislabeled left-right.It's very comfortable. The massage feature of the lumbar pillow is pretty underwhelming, but that's to be expected for a USB-powered pillow. I do wish the armrests would have the option to fold up, but they're very comfortable. This is a good chair to settle into for a few hours... I haven't tried it yet, but I imagine it'd be pretty easy to nap in it while fully reclined.The chair reclines and locks easily, and the height adjustment is great. It struggles a bit to come back up to a full upright position, but it's easy enough to pull it into place yourself.The cat won't leave me alone when I'm sitting on it, so I guess she approves as well.

So let's just get this out the way Amazon will not return this chair because its from a 3rd party. It should be posted on the website .Next GTPLAYER fast to respond to your email very nice but cant return the chair unless you want to pay 50$, I shop at Amazon so i don't have to worry about this So more upset with Amazon not the chair company .This chair says 300 pounds weight great but if you are a big person top heavy this frame will not work for you the wings at the bottom are very narrow push into your skin. Bought this for a gift now i'm stuck with it.. Nice looking chair everything else is comfy but if your built top heavy this is not for you.. UPDATE!!!... Chair does not hold up to quality welding, the arm inside the chair has fallen off the taped part the welding is coming threw not even a year old got this chair in aug 2020 very upset customer...
