This is a Great Prayer book. This is the second book that I have purchased. The firt was " 31 Prayers for my Future Wife." Now that I have her , I have to keep praying for her. I pray a prayer for her daily and repeat every month.

We also bought Thirty-One Prayers for My Husband and together we read them at the same time. Very nice. However, I didn't like the way it relates to more submissiveness for the wife over the husband. That isn't very modern. If you can get past that, it's a good prayer good.

Sometimes we get something hoping it would do one thing but it does so much more. I bought this book to pray for my wife but what it did was improve how I pray, increase my love for her, change the way I see her, and gave me a disciplined way to pray for her. The 31 days have passed and I have written my own prayers for my wife. I wish it was more than 31 days, however, I still pray for her daily. Praying for your spouse changes you and God does respond to a sincere prayer for your spouse. Thank you for writing such a book. May God Bless you immensely.

Our youngest daughter told me how she was learning to pray specific prayers for her husband. She began posting various photos of him on Instagram, always with a beautiful prayer to one side of him. Several times my heart ran down my cheeks as I realized things about her, and him, that I took for granted. And I'd forgotten just how busy life is with jobs and children at home. Telling her how precious these prayers were and that I looked forward each week to reading another. She told me if this book and I ordered it as soon as I got home. I don't plan to copy her on Instagram but I do plan to find a manly journal and begin writing prayers to my husband as I read and study this book. It'll be a gift to him. One He can share with our grandchildren and promoting even more the love that strengthens and carries you through Life when God is at the helm and prayers are said. Especially between a husband and wife. So thankful I learned of this book.

Beautifully written prayers for the many struggles and areas of a husbands life where he needs to be lifted up most. It almost seems like the designated days prayer is written just for us and a struggle we may be facing. I read this prayer devotional along with Wife After God by the same author. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing book as I sometimes have difficulty on what to pray for my wife. This is an amazing book as it looks into all aspects of my wife and what she needs and puts it as a prayer to God. I am also reading Husband after God with this book and read one chapter in this book and then pray for my wife for the day using the prayer for my wife. Even if I have had a disagreement with my wife, then reading this book (Husband after God) enables God to make my heart tender and pray the prayer from my heart.This also helps me see things from my wives perspective.

Our family is broken; but my xW still consumes the bulk of my prayer life. I really appreciate seeing this book and several others that have been recommended to me over the last half-dozen years; I only wish more couples learned the skills to bloom their marriage early in the journey, rather than (as most people do) only after they realize that it's broken. The authors (husband and wife team) have a good heart for ministry within the family and also have a strong Facebook presence that has been a great comfort, as I learn to pray for and encourage other couples who are discovering the joys and trials of a couple seeking to share the rest of their lives with each other in a meaningful way.

I love the prayers in this book. Prayers are sometimes hard to formulate especially when you're new to faith or learning to pray for someone else not just yourself. I'am single, but I thought it's better to practice from now and form a habit
