What others have been complaining about is the truth.
I am an ASE master auto and heavy truck tech. I had a difficult time mounting these flares. They look the best on the road once they are mounted (sleek design). I have to keep fussing with the rubber strip popping off around the flare. The adhesive is poor which will eventually lead me to removing them again, remove the rubber strips, re glue with a black weather adhesive. They may look better with the stainless allen bolts that people talk about but I used the large plastic ones provided. They are ok. I have at least 5 hours into these things. I think this is my first sad review for a purchase from Amazon since ever, BUT I was fairly warned by the other reviews.

Poor Hardware quality and Late shipping, but made it work...
Here's the real story... They look good, now that they are on, but it was a BIG hassle getting to this point. First, I ordered overnight shipping with my Prime account, and they were FOUR DAYS LATE! Next, the little plastic decorative "nuts" are junk. They are about the same quality as you would find in a kids toy...push-nuts were also worthless. I went down to Ace Hardware and bought 36 stainless steel 1/4-20 X half-inch bolts with lock nuts and washers to do the job right. $40 worth of hardware, and lots of patience installing these flares, and I'm happy with the results. The late shipping and poor quality was just a reflection of the cheaper price, I guess.Amazon offered to extend my Prime membership for an extra month for the delay. Huh? Wait...So the solution for terrible service is to give me a free extra month of it?!? sheesh...SMH.

Not worth the time to prep for install.
I did a lot of research before buying these, I should of kept looking. They look nice, but take a very long time to get ready to install, you have to put on the rubber seal, which is tricky and time consuming and they plastic chrome billets are very cheap and thin, you need to glue the backs of them to keep them securely fastened, since the lock washers included are so thin and the billets are plastic. As for fit, I struggled with the front two fenders but they eventually mounted well, as for the two rear, no matter how I mounted them they would not snug up to the side fender well in the middle. I ended up having to glue with silicone and clamp them to get them to stay tight.Overall very disappointed.

Quality has dropped significantly
I bought these several years ago, they were amazing back then. Hardware was all metal, had good attachments, and held up great over time.I just ordered a set in 2020, and found that all the hardware is plastic(the fake bolt pattern along the edge), they did away with the clips, and rely entire on some crappy screws to mount them. The plastic they are made out of feels cheap as well. We will see how they hold up over time, but I am displeased with my purchase at this point.

They fit pretty good, but not perfect
They fit pretty good, but not perfect. Once installed they do look good. The fake rivets and fasteners for the rivets are junk. The rivets are plastic and I couldn't get the fasteners to work. Plan on buying stainless bolts or just glue on the fake ones provided. The predrilled holes for the front do not match up so I had to drill new ones. For what they are I do think it's worth the money. Just don't plan on a quick easy installation and plan on spending more money to replace the junk fake rivets.

Had to do some mods, but the final product looks great!
Flairs look great. I marked them down because I had to buy extra parts to make them work. The decorative plastic screws were all too short to mount to the retaining washers. I had to use gorilla glue clear adhesive to put them in place. Also, I had to do some drilling, as the wheel well screw holes did not all line up. It took more work then expected, "BUT" the final product looks fantastic. These really are good looking fender flairs, and I would buy them again.

Nice flares, good value
These flares are a great value. Total time for install was probably under 3 hours. As many others have stated, there weren't enough screws included, but I had some simple self tapping screws in my shop, which worked fine. Also, the instructions are a bit misleading with the rubber liner that goes around the edges. It states to "continue around the entire flare". However, in doing so, there wasn't enough to do all four completely. I believe it should just go along the edges that you can see once installed. (This makes more sense anyway.)

Look great! but you will need some mechanical skill to install.
These look great on my 99 F250. Only issue I had was that they don't come with enough clips to install the plastic trim bolts. I found that although they are plastic the thread on them is 1/4-28. I couldn't find the same clips that came with the kit anywhere. I also found that you will need a bag of 10 self tapping screws to install the rear flares. I used most of the supplied screws on the front flares. The rear of my truck didn't have holes from the factory so I used self tapping screws.
