Active Glucometer with 10 Test Strips

This meter replaces my other meters. It is more accurate and easier to use. The hard shell case is convenientand easy to use.

Accu-Chek discontinued the Active test strips and I had a supply to finish. My original Accu-Chek Active meter was broken so this replacement came in handy. Product delivered and works great with my remaining test strips. Would recommend this product.

Best one that I had after my old one broke, beautiful . Only problem is that you need to take it of the case to use it.

Price is good. Meter works fine. But all instructions are in Korean. Luckily I can downloaded the manual from the web in English.

I don't think any of the glucometers are very accurate. My mom is diabetic and we have used so many different meters with widely varying results even from the same finger prick. This one seems to be more accurate and consistent than her OneTouch. The strips are reasonably priced too.

Item is as described. The blood sugar measurement meter is state of the art and it is very easy to use it.This meter uses the standard glucose measurement strips available at all chemist stores. We compared the results of the meter with the test result from the lab. The meter is accurately giving the same result like the lab. This meter also has a USB interface to store the data to a PC. Very nice and accurate meter. Highly recommend for every diabetic who wants IVD at the comfort of their home.The packaging and shipping of the item is also of good quality and the item arrived on time without any damage.

The instrument got strucked. The needle is not at all coming out to take blood sample. I am very much disappointed about the services provided by Amazon. I didnt like the instrument. please request the supplier for replacement or rectify the fault.

Seemingly complicated process of blood sugar monitoring has been greatly simplified by Germans. While I struggled the first time to get things right, watched online videos on company site to educate myself on usage. From second time, it is like doing it with your non dominant hand. Cheers Accu Chek for such a simple, but important life gadget for diabetic patients. I also particularly love the compact and cohesive design of the box, where various parts to the gadget fit in nicely

The machine itself is cheap, but the strips cost.For the new comers this thing has 4 parts.1. the lancet which is the device to pierce the skin and draw a drop of blood.2. the lancet needle, these are 1 use and throw needle. these can be bought duplicate for cheap, but they hurt 10 times more.3. the glucometer machine itself.4. the glucometer STRIP, this comes in a vial and can only be bought original and costs a bomb. this is what absorbs the blood and then shows the reading.The meter and the lancet are cheap, but the strips cost big time, recommend to buy directly from accuchek site itself, many fakes in the market.

Hello All,Purchased this product for my father.Coming to the product straight away. The only thing it has to do is read blood sugar accurately and man it does that really well.It's very easy to use and more easy to carry with you. You can take this product anywhere even if you're travelling only for two days, you don't have to think twice if you should take it or not, just throw it into your bagpack.Now the real thing is, I purchased it along with a smartphone for my father and he loves this one more. Now you know how effective it is for him and how much he loves it. Very happy to see that smile on his face. And yes, it helped immensely in controlling his sugar level. The first reading amazed him, within a week he got it reduced for around 100points.We even matched the readings with lab readings and there was no difference. Hardly 5 units, that's acceptable. If you have somebody suffering from diabetes this is the most valuable gift that you can give to them. Go for it.Thanks...
