Came in really nice packaging (would be a great gift). Included was the instruction guide, one glove (that I can't stop pretending I'm Michael Jackson with) and a bag to store/carry in. Works great, just as shown and costs so much less than some other models. Warms up quickly and had step by step instructions along with pictures. You can't go wrong. I would highly recommend.

No good. Hair doesn't curl well with this. It slips through the iron and doesn't curl. At best it occasionally puts in a small very loose slightly waved "curl" for lack of better words at the very end of the hair which remains there for 3 seconds or until you decide to move. (similar to if you used your finger to lightly swirl the end of your hair but this doesn't work as well as that) lol. NOT IMPRESSED. Also, I did try it on many types of hair. I was thinking...this must work on SOMEONE. Nope....it doesn't . I hope I've saved you some money. I believe your finger, a pencil, or maybe wind would easily give you better curls.

so it could be human error but the curl is very difficult for me to use and that was the reason I bought it. Others can use it fine but im pretty disappointed cuz I wanted easy curls.

I have been so excited to try one of these irons. It may just be me being uncoordinated but I have not been able to master the technique. I ended up with funny crimps in my hair up too and straight ends. Perhaps with some practice it will improve. It does heat up quickly and I like the heat setting options. If I get the hang of it. I will definitely increase my rating. The instructions that come with iron are short and hard to follow exactly.

Has Burnt my hair after 2 uses on the 3rd temp setting however my hair is thinner so I would highly recommend being aware of the thickness you use in the wand and the temperature. much easier to roll than previous models I have had that have the teeth in the comb edge. Not a fan of controls being on the inside of wand.

Definitely was not working for my hair. Mine is long and thick, this just did not get hot enough. It mostly just slightly straitened it, with a swoop at the end. Very disappointed.

I did not like this at all. I tried on several different occasions thinking maybe it’s me and need to learn how to use it. Nope, not worth the money. My hair dresser even tried it since and she doesn’t recommend either. Creases hair at most and fries your hair, even with heat protectant products. Not user friendly

Works great-with a great price compared to the original. I originally bought one from China and that was crap and would not stay on. I ordered this and it has lasted a very long time. This is my second one because I don't want to be without one day in case it does quit.

Total rubbish! Rips at your hair, no where close to straightens and as for curls.....it’s a big fat no from me
