The skirt flows well and feels nice on the skin. The waist is a little odd as the elastic is not sewn in well. Therefore, it would not look good for tucked in shirts. I plan to wear the skirt with a low/high hemmed blouse.

The media could not be loaded.  I’m 5’2”, 100 lbs with a 24” waist. Finding a white satin midi skirt in person is impossible and I didn’t have time to wait for the same product to come from Shein. I believe I ordered an XS in the solid white (can’t find the size anywhere in my order details, but I remember there being limited stock in the size I ordered). The waist was a little big for my liking, but it ended up working out okay. Wasn’t falling down, just wasn’t snug like I would’ve preferred.The material is pretty sheer and you could see the outline of my nude underwear in the back in certain lighting.There was not a slit up the side, so the product name is a little misleading, but maybe it said that somewhere in the description.Overall, I would recommend this product but would encourage you to order directly from Shein because I do not think this is worth $30. But if you tend to put things off and want to look hot for your Bachelorette party, this might be the skirt for you!

No slit!

The main material of the skirt is a pretty light gold/light caramel color. If the skirt were made with better quality, I would have loved it. Unfortunately, the version i received has stitching that looks like 0 quality control exists. Some parts of the stitching attaching the stretchy waistband to the skirt are missing. One piece of the body of the skirt was even sown too high into the skirt when the loops to hang was attached. If I choose to wear it despite the flaws, I have a feeling it is bound to fall apart after a could washes.Like some reviewers mentioned, this does *not* have a zipper closer. You slide it on, which can be tricky as the main material isn’t stretchy, just the waist band.This is a case of “I got what I paid for”. Would have returned but unfortunately missed the return window. Skip this piece and find a similar skirt that offers better quality for your money, and longevity of wear.

This skirt is gorgeous - the color, the material is light. Just pretty. However, the fit is a little awkward. The elastic waist band gives great shape to your waist, but the fabric seems to be a bit baggy immediately below the waist and then tighter closer to the hips, so it kind of scrunches. Maybe just my body type, but the proportions of the skirt just seem a little off - it isn't effortlessly flowing as depicted in the model's photo. I got goldish/brown - the color is very true to the picture. Really beautiful, fall color with a pretty shimmer that can be dressed up or down. The slit is fairly high - may not work for super tall people. With the band at my waist, the slit reached the very top of my thigh (I'm 5'4''). It's not too revealing if you're not sitting down, but just something to keep in mind as it may not be appropriate for all events. Overall, it is a beautiful skirt, but unfortunately I'll be returning.

I'm 5'3" and 145 lbs. Based on reviews/pictures, I ordered a medium. Medium was too large/long. The style just wasn't something I ended up liking, but the quality of the material seemed to be good.

I loved the color, even the material was thick, non see through...loved that. The problem was that the top hasp was barely sewn on and the seams on the side were so poorly sewn it had a ripple effect around my hips....not cool, not flattering. I am returning it.

This says it has a zipper in the title and description - it does not. It is much longer than shown in the pictures on the model. The back with darts is a shorter length than the front- if you turn the tag to the front, then you have darts in the front, and the “high low” hem is a little better. The elastic waste is poor design. Disappointed.

Really bad skirt not worth the price. The rubber belt on top is ugly fabric super wrinkly .it looks very cheap l would not recommend it to my enemy l can’t believe it had some decent reviews. Don’t waste your money!

Ha! almost $40 for this? It's like a $5 costume piece you'd find in a school play. The colour is beautiful, but it is not a proper fitted item at all... can't see this work for any body type really. It's like a stiff curtain, with non-straight flawed design/ridges where the bulky seams are. not worth it. returning
