Dr. Cocoa Cough & Cold Medicine for Kids, Day & Night Combo Pack, Real Chocolate Taste, Brown - 8 Fl. Oz

I have a 5 year old on the spectrum so meds are hard. The flavor of this is chocolate, we have tried "chocolate" meds before with disastrous results. This stuff is AMAZING! I tasted it and it's very much like chocolate syrup! My little guy loves it and was mad when he didn't need it anymore. Definitely A++++++ and would recommend to everyone. Oh and the medicine part worked just like dimatapp (what I was originally on here to buy). Will buy again when the next cold strikes.

I know it's for kids. I know I'm a grown woman. I know.But oh my GOD I love this stuff. Usually I use it as a chaser for grosser-tasting medicines, but like ... it tastes like the tinned Hershey syrup except this makes headaches go away.Please do yourself a favour and get this. For you, for your kids, whatever. But if you get it for your kids, make sure they can't reach it easily. I'm seriously not kidding about how good it tastes and there's a part of me that would upend the bottle if not for the danger of doing that.

I was so excited to see this come up again for sale. We had used it a few years back for my oldest daughter and it was the only medicine that she would take. So I grabbed a couple of boxes! When I got them, they expire in May 2021. So they're only good for 4 months. That's not particularly helpful since I don't plan on having my kids take this every night.I'm glad we have it, but sad that it's not good longer. I asked for new product that wouldn't expire so fast and was just given 1/2 a refund instead.

My daughter loves this medicine! She says it’s the best-tasting cold medicine she’s ever had! And she’s pretty picky about medicine taste. It really seemed to help with her congestion, runny nose, and cough. The daytime formula didn’t make her drowsy at all, but the nighttime formula, since it has an antihistamine in it (like Benadryl), will make her drowsy. All in all, we would definitely buy this cold medicine again & again.

My kid will take this medicine without fighting it like the rest of the cold medicines. I thought chocolate flavor sounded odd but it’s now our go-to when the little guy has a cold. I don’t usually write reviews but this stuff works especially if you have a picky kid!

Omg it's just like semisweet chocolate! I bought this specific product mostly because my regular was out. I thought the chocolate flavor would be overpowered by the medicine but thankfully I was very very wrong. The kids love it and ask for it even when they aren't sick! Best to keep out of their reach, of course.Definitely will be buying once we run out again. So pleased with my purchase.

This was the best to get my little to take cough medicine - she hates all liquid medicine and this finally got her to take it. Big relief for a mama.

My children had no problem taking their medicine. It has enough of a different taste that you can tell its not just chocolate syrup but it does have a protective lid so your children should not be able to get into it anyways. The medicine was able to relieve their cough and runny nose.
