Greentainer Large with Clips

I use this often. Sandwich (ok only sliced bread variety) on bottom and fruit or chips/crackers on top. And compact enough to slip into my BYO lunchbag.

This holds a sandwich on round bread along with some fruit. It works fine, top fits, snaps are a little hard to put on and off, but no big deal.

I was shocked when I open this item...It had a few dirty spots and you could tell it's not easy to get them off. It just looked like an used item... it's poorly packed as well...

i can pack my preschooler's lunch and still have enough leftovers for snack on the ride home. they are compact and easy enough to carry 2 for day trips! The only complaint I have is that the clasps are too difficult for my almost 5 year old to do on her own...but that might be a good thing....

I'm really liking this. i also purchased another similar container to give a try and I haven't even used it because I like this one so much. I've only used it 7-8 times but I haven't had one leak (though nothing super-duper soupy and also I am not careless with how I carry it, but I like bringing it to work and it lessens how many ziptop bags I'd otherwise have been using.Also I'd like to mention that the clips are not hard to open/close and I am not sure why so many people complain about them.

I bought this primarily to store cut up onions in my frig. Why you ask? Well, any other container I've used "leaks" the smell of onions throughout the entire refrigerator. I also ordered the smaller one and not I have this larger one and it sure is nice to have fresh onions already cut up in the frig to use at any time and NOT have the rest of the stuff in the frig smell like onions. Thumbs up for this product. It is manufactured with quality... the fit and finish is just superb! It is not at all flimsy or poorly made. Quite the contrary. Perfect lunch container for my kids, it's very lightweight for stainless steel which is a big plus.My kids are ages 6 and 7 and this fits perfectly in there lunch box.The clasps where a bit tight at first so we stretched them out a bit to make it easier to open and close and my kids can open and close with no problem.I've have almost all stainless steel lunch boxes on the market including Planetbox, lunchbots, kids konserve and many more.I like this one the best! Ultimately it holds a lot of food and is very compact!

I bought this container for very plain and practical reasons - I wanted a way to store food that was both secure, as well as attractive. THe Greentainer fits the bill wonderful, and is additionally lightweight. The insert dish is very handy for those who enjoy "2-course" on-the-go meals.However, the clasps are extremely difficult to pry open from the container once they are secured! I used mine for the first time today and found that this was the case...this might be great if you want extra security when carrying extremely leaky foods..? but for my purposes it was a hassle. In addition, the clasps on my Greentainer seemed to have a bit of rust on them...as if they were made from an entirely different grade of steel from the rest of the container. So opt for the one without clasps instead!
