Sheaffer 100 Brushed Chrome Fountain Pen with Chrome Trim and Medium Nib

Smooth writing. Ink flow is outstanding. This Sheaffer never dries out. Nothing beats writing with a quality fountain pen like this one. If you like a medium nib, you should enjoy this pen.

The nib dries up far too quickly, whether you store it nib up or down. You must shake it to get the ink flowing, then it rains ink. Once you are beyond those hurdles, it skips regardless of how long or slowly you write. This is simply not a good pen.

Since I bought it it has not worked. Cleaned it. Use same brand ink refills. The ink from the refill just does not flow through. I am so disappointed because I used to use these pens as a kid. No converters available either that I could see.

Good, solid pen that writes beautifully. Not heavy in the hand—good for long writing sessions.
