Good pain relief

The Good: I spent lots of time comparing dozens of products and found this to have a great mix of active ingredients (menthol 12% and methyl salicylate 4%) along with inactive ingredients (arnica, boswella, eucalyptus, licorice, yerba mate, peppermint, etc) that I think support the pain relieving function. This product does work well and has a similar scent to Icy Hot or Blue Ice that lingers for 30-60 minutes.The Meh: I'm a bit confused by the corporate shell game on the packaging of the product. This bottle is authorized CE representative of RMS UK Ltd out of Somerset UK, has Point Relief and ColdSpot copyrighted by FEI 2016 ver 1116, is manufactured for Fabrication Enterprises Inc out of New York at FabEnt d0t com, and states it is made in USA. I know it's a lot of disclosures for legal reasons, but I just wish all of this were more clear.The Bad: The foam applicator is horrible. After a few weeks, the plastic foam turns to a dark grey and begins to fall apart in chunks. Aside from the foam, the application of the gel seems to be a bit inconsistent - often it gives a tingling sensation I'd expect, but other times it feels like a chemical burn that I have to suffer through for 5-10 minutes.Verdict: I will buy this product again, but will likely remove the foam applicator or change the bottle type to another bottle that doesn't include the foam applicator.

I've had multiple back, neck, and spinal surgeries. Compared to the store bought ones this works better for me. Instant relief, but doesn't last long. Maybe bout 3 hours bit for someone with chronic pain that's good.

I purchased point relief because it had a high menthol percent but the first time I put it on it ended up burning my skin and I took it off. I looked at the bottle and the menthol XL shouldn’t have done that and I was perplexed. The next week I used it again on the same area and it felt fine. I didn’t really feel a tingly relief but I did feel some pain relief in the area. What I did not like was a white film that it left. It look like I had to peel or scrape it off. My regular roll and I would get would not leave a film like this. I may keep using this but I may also look for another one.

I love the roll on feature. It really works as described. If your company can make it without any scent I think more people will purchase it.

I first got this from my physical therapist 7 years ago after my back surgery. I just ran out and it worked just as good today even though it was expired. Luckily I found it on Amazon and I bought 2!

It works great for nerve and muscle pain. It has an odor to it not real fond of it but hey if it helps the pain I use it.
