Resilient Sounds Platinum 18" subwoofer D2 Conservative 2,000RMS

A lot bigger than expected. Fits perfect in the harmony audio box. Waiting on my amp to see how it does but so far very happy 😁

Upon first inspection I am very impressed with the subwoofer. Seems like it will take so much power. I bought because the amp I have it seems was very underrated and pushes much more power than it says as its rating is at a very very low Total Harmonic Distortion. I had it eat some other subs that were quality and brand name in very short order. I had trouble finding a single sub that would take the amp and couldn't fit a very big set of subs due to space restriction. Now I am wondering, due to this sub, if my amp is going to be enough. Won't matter though. Between the amp and this sub I am now worried about my vehicle......... How big does a SUBwoofer have to be before it becomes a DOMwoofer????? Will be back if there are any issues after box and wiring but seems to be very well crafted.

Deff some beast when it comes to getting down these things absolutely slam I was competitive against a collar wall in Burban with 4 sundown x 15s I got him on my 2 resilient sounds platt 18s they deff needs really good electrical to get full potential

Resilient pairs this sub with a taramps 3k, and it seems to be the perfect match for this sub. I had it on its 2k conservative rating and it slammed, but I could tell it could take plenty more with clean electrical. I was surprised by how it likes the lows, but it really likes them.

First time spending this much on a subwoofer and I don’t regret it one bit. It arrived 2 days early in a double boxed 5 inch thick styrofoam shell. This thing is built like a tank. I wanted to take advantage of this subs ability to destroy lower frequencies without sacrificing too much range and efficiency. So I built a 30Hz box with a net of 7cubic feet at around 15 square inches of port per cubic foot. She SLAMS on 2k watts of power at 2 ohms. She eats that 2k like a snack. I see now why some people run 8k amps on these. As always quality electrical is a necessity when dealing with high output so make sure that’s taken care of before you go clamping 5 or 8k to one of these. Best 525 bucks I’ve ever spent. Beats any sundown 18 I’ve ever heard (besides the new nightshades I suppose). Although I was disappointed it didn’t come with a resilient sounds sticker. I would’ve loved to have one to put on my truck but that’s just me, no big deal. Maybe if someone from the Resilient Sounds Team is reading this you could hook a happy customer up with a sticker?
