I’m 5’5 and 205 pounds and this ones a little snug on me. So personally I would suggest a bigger size than the one I purchased.

No, this is not a flame resistant (FR) shirt.

Q: I'm 6'6 350 and wear a 4xlt, is the 4xl going to be long enough?

Can't guarantee it, but I'm 6'2" 250, got the 2xl size, and it's actually more than big enough. If the sizes are consistent, they should make their 4xl with plenty of room.
