DO NOT BUY - After only a day mounted on the wall, the hanging arm has snapped under its own weight and also the foot has snapped in the process. When contacting the buyer to request a refund for this FAULTY item, they will not accept any of the blame and accused us of fitting it incorrectly, which is unacceptable. Admit that this could be a faulty item. I will be taking this further with Amazon.
