Item failed in just over 6 months. Working with support to resolve the issue.
UGOE support reached back to me and apologized for the slow response. Their response was actually reasonable considering their situation. They were very friendly and professional and told me that they could send me a new light to see if this resolved the issue since I believe the battery pack was still functional. I will update this review once the new light has been test.I purchased this item in October of last year and didn't use it much during the winter. One day the light had a very faint glow when plugging it into a fully charged battery. The next day I got no light at all. I don't believe the battery is at fault but I can't be for sure. The only cause I can think is that the rain damaged it, however the unit is supposed to be water proof, so not sure how the rain could be an issue. This item has a 1 year warranty. This unit puts off great light and has a good battery however we'll see how it holds up long term.

Light assy is ruggedly built and I hope waterproof but it looks like it should be
Using this for night motorcycle riding mounted on helmet. Light looks a little brighter than my 1000 Lumen Trail Tech helmet light so 1200 Lumen seems about right. They are claiming 330 min run time on highest setting - we will see. Light assy is ruggedly built and I hope waterproof but it looks like it should be. Only negative that I see is that I would like to see this thing able to plug into bikes 12 volt power - then I could use bikes high beam to turn helmet light on and off. Light operates off 3.7 - 4.2 volt battery pack - provided

We'll worth the money.
Very bright. No sure of the Battery life yet but out of the box have ran it about an hour with no charge. I read Bontrager's $170 light 700 Lumens is made by UGOE
