Awesome for both swimming and sleeping!

The big drawback is that you hair can and will stick to them during the night.

Really good earplugs. Sits well in the ears, does not break into bits. Good size for adult ears. Cuts noise well. Much better than the decathlon thermoplastic ear plugs.

Not used them much yet but my daughter used in the pool, where she's a normal active 7 year old, and they stayed put which is already a massive improvement on others I've used.They are a bit smaller than the adult ones but not much, I thought they would still be too big. Although they seemed to stick out more than they should they did stay and her ear was dry so they must have formed a good seal.I chose these over known swimming brand plugs because of the colour - you'd easily see if these fell out in the water. I've lost blue/clear ones down the plughole before....

I have used earplugs most of my adult life being a shift worker. I only found these about a year ago, and they are by far the best earplugs I have ever used. Easily moldable to your ear. Noise cancellation is superb. I use mine more than three times as $10 a case of six; it's expensive. If you wear these as recommended, you will be pretty well oblivious to the sounds around you. I recommend these for sleeping. I buy multiple packages as they, at times, sell out, and you never know if they will restock.

I keep reordering these silicone earplugs as they are the only ones that help to reduce my partner's snoring.
