Jonah Thompson Flute Pack -Walnut Wolf

My flute arrived less than a week after I ordered it. It's more than I expected for the price. The wolf fetish actually looks like a wolf, and it even has fangs! The flute itself is nicely stained, and the leather strap and feather all coordinate with the flute's walnut color. It is very easy to play, and its sound is hauntingly beautiful. I can hardly wait to play it out in the woods near the lake, but it's just as peaceful when I play it on my suburban patio. I was amazed at the quality of the bag that accompanies my flute. The bag is woven of forest greens and earthy tans, and feels soft yet sturdy. The bag was definitely not an afterthought. It, too, is a work of art.I had been wanting a Native American flute for some time, but didn't want to spend a lot of money in case its sound didn't "speak to me". I also wanted a flute made by a Native American craftsman. This flute is perfect, but if I ever do decide to get another, perhaps cedar, I will definitely choose Jonah Thompson as its maker.

I've never even held a Native American flute before but bought this product and very quickly became comfortable. The information book it comes with is awesome. The flute itself sounds and looks beautiful. Even the bag it comes with feels very durable. I can't wait to get some more playing time in!
