So Much FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you thought exercise, raising your heart rate and getting some burn in your muscles could never be FUN, then you have got to try Groovin!!!! Misty makes exercising so much fun! I laugh, I smile, I enjoy it. And trust me, I NEVER thought I would Enjoy exercising!! I actually look forward to my 5am workout everyday!!! But you don't have to do it at 5am~ lol!!

Dancing is an excellent exercise and she makes the entire “workout” fun. Highly recommended for all.

I love getting my groove on! Easy to do and it gets you up off the couch and moving! Fun for all ages.

It's good
I liked the work out I got. It's good for older people and others that's not very active. It does get your heart rate up! You can do it at your own pace at any time during the workouts. It was a bit pricey for me, but still a good product.

Fun!!!
I have two Body Groove DVDs and this is my favorite, although I love them both. I hope she does more like this one. It’s so much fun and you can do your own style and level of workout. You will work up a sweat and might have sore butt cheeks later in the day. If you don’t want to sweat or have sore butt cheeks, slow your roll and you can do that too and still have fun. When I finish these I have a smile on my face and my soul feels happy the rest of the day. With all that’s going on in the world, that’s not easy. What’s so perfect about these is you can adjust your impact level and you’re still moving every part of your body. I’ve seen reviews that dispute this is a workout. They must not be doing it right. I’m a former dancer/choreographer and it feels so great to be free in my movements and add my own style. Her idea with the body groove concept is brilliant. If you’re used to very structured workouts where your every move is dictated (classically trained in ballet here) and expected to look and move exactly like everyone else, you might not like this. If you love to feel your inner dancer and let your own style lead you, this is for you. You’ll love it.

Exercising couldn’t be more fun.
Exercising couldn’t be more fun than dancing to this video. It’s a total body workout. You can easily modify it to satisfy your own fitness level and increase the intensity as your fitness level increases. And it’s fun! I highly recommend it.

Great for ANYONE who enjoys movement.
As a lover of Zumba, I find this one to be just as fun and addictive! It’s still fairly fast paced but just relaxed enough to allow you to go at your own pace AND it encourages the use of freestyle and experimentation all while working up a good sweat and just being able to enjoy yourself. I would recommend this for any age or fitness level, all shapes and sizes. Celebrate YOU! ❤️
