Bought this tent for its wind handling.. and for the desert Bluegrass festival i go to, (which is at lake havasu ) and for Owens Valley fishing trips! Which the high mountain winds can be absolute brutal! Ha And at last weekends festival, the WIND WAS ON! This tent worked great, as i expected it to! (I used to use a parachute for a tent with no windows or vents ).. this teepee tent worked awesome(i was setting it up in a real windy location and a friend said "i was gonna get Blown Away!"(i wanted to test it right off the bat!) As i watched vendor tents swaying and chairs getting blown over, i would check the teepee, just to see.. haha , i just laughed! It handles the wind!!. Well made!. 2 doors with zippered screens, which makes it airy! 4 clear windows,4 lower vents.. Easy to set up. Center pole needs a little effort to get in, but its what makes the tent tight(if its only breezy, you dont really need tie downs with just center pole!) great for 2-3 persons, with a queen mattress(touches center pole and tent side) and lots of gear.. you could get 4-5 persons(family with small kids) with queen bed and less gear.. i really wanted it to RAIN, to see how it worked in those conditions... since there is no rain fly! It seems well made.. so time will tell..!There is a bunch of stakes, but if it isnt windy, you use half of them! just base stakes and center pole.. done! if windy use tiedowns... who cares about stakes.. your not at home right! :)

Much nicer than expected for the price! Needs plenty of space for guy lines to stake it out. Would be difficult to put up on asphalt or cement, as you need stakes a distance from the tent. We used cement blocks. Has plenty of room around center post. Easy to set up if you follow the directions. Well designed vents. Much more practical than a canvas teepee with wood poles, and a lot lighter. Relatively small packed in its bag, and would be good for a small car. Very practical for one or two people. While we use it for car camping, it would be a perfect back yard tent for family campouts. Left it up during a rain, and it did well.

Roomy teepee easy to set upI recommend
